It's A Monday!

  It's a Monday! I started the day off at 4:30am caring for Chris. Elise is in her cave this morning so she may not be putting feet to the floor anytime soon. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is freshly brewed and a extra thick smoothie will be made a little later in the morning. It is a very nice windless morning here in Tucson.

   I have a couple of errands to run this morning but other than that nothing is going on. I have to say the "Porch Fest" was a success. We had nice crowds strolling through our hood. People walking their dogs and dogs walking their masters as well. Smile!

   It was a perfect day for it. It featured live bands, singers, dancers, and many, many food trucks. Chris really enjoyed it very much and I believe that everyone who attended did as well. Great Job!

   I have to tell you this and it took me by surprise big time. The wheelchair lady was here as well. Yes, I said it the wheelchair lady was here on her power scooter. I had to point her out to Elise because she had never seen her before. It was good to see her getting involved but I bet she was hoping that a Jack Daniels truck was parked along side one of the streets. She saw me and she gunned her scooter down the street, but I was cool with it this time. Smile!

   Later in the evening Elise and I picked up "Lila" as you know Lila is my girlfriend and she is the only woman Elise allows me to date. We meet up with Bobby at the "Outback" for dinner. The food was very good. Steak and Lobster.

    We really enjoyed the evening and I am sure that "Lila" did. Bobby told her that he was treating her to dinner and for her not tell me. WTF? Lila looked at me and she was a little worried about that. Elise is rolling on the floor laughing. Hey, I was sitting right there, eh?

     It was all in good fun and it was good to see "Lila" laughing and having a good time. Prior to our going to dinner I was asked a question by Rosemary. She had read in the earlier blog posting that I was going out on a date with "Lila" at the "Outback". Rosemary wanted to know when was I going to take her out on a date? 
I told Rosemary that we could talk about that for sure. Hey, my (Mojo) is working big time, yes it is. Smile!

     Elise and I will be going on a short stay-cation on Wednesday to the Casino Del Sol. I got a perk for a two night stay there, so we could not pass that up. Cha Ching! We hope so.

     Well, I had better get busy with Chris. I am going through the photos that I took yesterday at the "Porch Fest". I will post them very soon. I also took two videos of a couple of bands playing as well. Have a good Monday if you can.
