Good Night!                

Hey, how was your day? It was a pretty good one until I ran out of black ink for my printer. I was working on"365 Days With Elise" at the time. Sol now it will have to be "365 Days With Elise" plus one. Not!

Chris and I enjoyed watching TV today. We took a nice walk around the hood as well and we chilled on the front porch. Elise returned home and she started to prepare dinner.

We had some nice soup and sandwiches, baby carrots, yellow peppers, and a pickle. Hmmm, good. I am going to treat myself a little later with a small bowl of orange sherbet. 

We watched a few episodes of "Boardwalk" on DVD from Netflix. I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise just left for the Tucson Women's Chorus practice.

I am looking forward to JT visit tomorrow before he has to return to Chandler. Well, I had better get busy. Have a good night.

How is your morning going so far? Well it is going nicely here in Central Tucson so far.

I just finished placing two pair of Custom Dress Cowboy Boots on Ebay. So I am looking forward to see it will go with these items on auction.

I am working on "365 Days With Elise" and it will be completed tonight when Elise hits the sheets to call it a night. I want to thank everyone who has helped with this task by sending me tidbits and photos of Elise throughout the year. I really appreciated it!

Well, here is a brief bit about our stay-cation in Gold Canyon with Elaine.

Elaine welcome Elise, Bobby, and myself into her home and we had a fantastic time. We had a "Mahjonng" fest that was so much fun. Can you believe that I did not win one game? I was trying to play hard hands with no luck at all. Everyone else did win.

Elaine is a wonderful hostess. She prepared some fantastic meals and she even prepared a nice smoothie for me. As some of you may know that Elaine was one of my girlfriends but I fell buy the wayside a while back. Elaine is very smart, and she is very easy on the eyes, (eye candy) let me tell you and she can rock a pair a jeans, smile!

So Lila, Sheila, Jane, don't come after me with a club, OK? I know where my biscuits are whipped up, baked and buttered at, right Elise? Can you feel me? Just keeping it real is all!

We had a grand time at the Golf Club watching our "Wildcats'" play basketball and the food there was delicious. 

We enjoyed our evening in Phoenix at the "Murder Mystery Dinner". The show was excellent and the food was pretty good as well.

On our way home we stopped to visit with JT in Chandler. He is doing very well and he is here in Tucson visiting his mom. He will visit with Elise and I tomorrow before he heads back to Chandler.

    It's a Monday! What is new? I started the day off at 4:55am caring for Chris. Elise is partially in her cave but she is stirring so she will be putting feet to the floor soon. Any plans for today?

    The coffee is freshly brewed and a small salad and a extra thick smoothie is on the menu for later this morning.

    I am still working on the photos from our stay-cation in Gold Canyon with Elaine. I will get them posted later this morning as well. 

   Well, today is the final day of "365 Days With Elise". Wow, I cannot believe that it has been a year since I took on this task. I have enjoyed every moment of putting Elise's daily ventures on paper.

    We had a wonderful evening at Zemam's last night with Paula, Marty, Shoo, and Stu. Thank you so much for a great time with good food and plenty of vino! Paula has that twinkle back in her eye and it is good to see that she is feeling better. JT is here in Tucson and he is doing very well.

     Well, I had better get busy. Have a wonderful Monday and stay safe, happy, and healthy.

   It's a Sunday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:45am looking in on Chris and getting him, settled for Elise. Elise is in her cave this morning but she will be over shortly to care for Chris. Any plans for today?    

   The coffee is freshly brewed and delicious. Elise and I will be hitting up the "Egg Connection" this morning for breakfast. 

    Well, we had a wonderful time in Gold Canyon with our lovely hostess Elaine. We will give more info about our stay-cation a little later in the day. We hope that all was well with you while we were away?

    It's a Hump Day! Yeah! Give It Up! I started the day off at 4:45am caring for Chris. Elise is way deep in her cave this morning. Wow, I mean really deep in there and a late game of "Gin Rummy" was not the cause, smile! Any plans for today?

    The coffee is great this morning. No salad, no smoothie today. I plan on pigging out over the next few days. NOT!!

    Angelica will be here at about 1:00pm to care for Chris while we are on our stay-cation in Gold Canyon visiting Elaine. It should be a fun time had by all and very restful at least until the "Mahjong Fest begins, smile!

    Elise, Bobby, and I will return on Saturday. Well, I had better check on Chris and recheck my packing as well. Have a great Humper (Jane don't go there) and stay safe , happy, healthy, and sound.

How was your day? It has been a very informative one for me today. I completed lecture 4 of my course, and I have learned quite a bit. Taking this course makes me want to attack the fridge after each lecture. All of that food!

Elise, Chris, and I watched a movie on DVD titled "You Don't Know Jack" it is a very good movie about Jack Kevorkian. This movie is on DVD from Netflix.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is receiving a Thai massage right now. Elise is all packed for our stay-cation that starts tomorrow. I will finish up my packing shortly. Elaine, here we come.

Well, I want to thank everyone who helped me today with my course. If I was a teacher you would all receive an (A). Great answers! Thank you!

Well, you have a great night and have better tomorrow. I will publish the lecture answers when we return from Gold Canyon.

   It's a Tricky Tuesday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:am caring for Chris. Elise is purring away but she will be up and on her way to the gym to swim. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is working it's magic and a small salad is in the works for today. Angelica will be here this morning to care for Chris. 

    Elise and I will be packing up our suitcase's today for our trip to Gold Canyon to spend some time with Elaine. it should be a restful and relaxing time. Bobby is coming along on this trip as well.

    I will be listening to my class lecture this morning at around 9:00am. It should be interesting because I am now using the textbook titled " In Defense of Food" a very good book and a good read.

    Well, I had better get this day rolling along. Have a good one.

Hey, how was your day? It was a peaceful, restful one for us. We spent a few hours out in the backyard just chilling with the fur-babies. I also read my reading assignment for tomorrows class lecture.

After Elise returned she prepared soup and sandwiches, baby carrots, and a pickle. It was very good.

We watched the ending to "House of Cards". Wow, what a good series. We also watched a few episodes of "West Wing" with Chris and he loves it and so do we. I have taken up the catch phrase " The Best Day Is Tomorrow". I love that so now it is my catch phrase. What do you think?

I am caring for Chris this evening. Elise just left for the "Tucson Women's Chorus" practice. Well, I had better get back to Chris to see what he is up to. Have a great evening.

   It's a Monday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is in her cave this morning and she is purring away. She will be up and about soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is very good and a orange splash smoothie will be made shortly. I have no plans set for today as of yet. So Chris and I will chill and take in some sun with the fur-babies this afternoon.

   How about those Cats? Wow, now that was a great game last night. If they continue to play like that they will be the victors without a doubt. Go Cats!

   Elise and I had a good time at the DDC, but the slots were not kind to us but we enjoyed every minute there. We enjoyed our dinner in the buffet as well and we had a seat right in front of a TV so we could eat and cheer on the Cats at the same time. Will we return to the DDC? Of course we will, smile!

   We will be packing our suitcase for our next stay cation that will begin on Wednesday. We will be visiting Elaine in Gold Canyon for a few days. Bobby will be joining us as well. It will be a fun time with lots of rest and relaxation.

   Well, I had better get a move on and get this day percolating. Have a good Monday.

    It's a Sunday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:15am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave but she is purring away. She will be up soon to care for Chris. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is brewing and I sure could use a cup or two. No smoothie or salad today. Elise and I are going to the "Egg Connection" for breakfast this morning.

    Well, our "Wildcats" play basketball today at around 6:40pm. Elise and I will be at the DDC picking up some perks and we will pull a few slots. We are sure that the game will be on all of the TV's so we will be joining all of the others in the casino rooting for our Cats. Go Cats!

    We had a wonderful dinner last night a "Cody's Beef and Bean with my girlfriend Lila and Bobby. The food was excellent and the carafe of Burgundy that Elise and I shared was great.

     Bobby was trying to steal Lila away from me last night but she was not having that. You go Lila! Bobby tried to get her to commit but she held her ground. Lila showed who her man was by taking a few french fries right off of my plate. Bobby saw that and he asked her why she didn't take any of his because she was sitting right next to him. Lila said that she took mine because I was not looking at the time. Really! She gave me a quick smile and a wink with a french fry in hand. Elise was rolling inside just laughing to herself. It was a great evening!

    Well, I had better get busy. Have a wonderful Sunday. Go Cats!

   It's the Weekend! Sup? I started the day off at 4:30am caring for Chris. Elise is in her cave this morning but she will be up and on the move very soon, at least I think so. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is freshly brewed and I am in need of a cup or two. No salad or smoothie today. Bobby will be here this morning to care for Chris and Rosemary will be here this evening.

    Well, I am going out with Lila this evening. We are going to "Cody's Beef and Bean". I haven't seen my girlfriend in awhile and neither has Elise. I like to keep it that way, smile! So we (all) should have a evening of good food and laughs.

    Well, we are looking forward to watching our "Wildcats" play basketball tomorrow. Go Cats! I am going to spray the front yard this morning for weeds before they start to pop up.

    We had a fantastic dinner with Jane and Papa John at "Blancos" up in the foothills of Tucson. The place was packed and it was a line waiting to get in. The food was great and the margaritas were excellent. 

     It was so good to see Jane and Papa John, it has been awhile. The evening was loaded with laughs. Papa John and Jane are free-spirited and that is wonderful with little or no restrictions. They know how to enjoy this life! Thank you guys!

    Well, I had better check on Chris and Sleeping Beauty as well. Have a wonderful weekend and be careful out there.

TGIF! Go Cats!

   It's a TGIF! How are you? I started the day off at 4:45am. Elise is in her cave she is stirring around so she will be up and on the move very soon. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is good and a smoothie will be made a little bit later. Marv will be here this evening to care for Chris.

    Elise and I went to see the movie"Need for Speed" in 3D and it is very, very good. We were surprised because it was better than we had hoped for.

     Elise prepared a dinner last night that was wonderful. She can (burn) when she wants to, smile! We had baked chicken, green beans, quinoa, tomatoes and baby carrots. We got it down with a nice bottle of red. Delicious!

     Elise canceled the "Marathon Bridge" game for today due many of the bidders and shufflers wanted to watch our "Wildcats" play basketball this morning and we can understand that. Go Cats!

     This evening we are going out for Happy Hour with Jane and Papa John. It should be a fun filled evening. We are going to try a new place up in the foothills of Tucson.

     I got notified of our perks for next month out at the DDC. We received our weekly free plays, and we were given two free night stays in the hotel. We cannot pass those up. Can you feel me?

    We stopped by to see how Bobby was doing and he is feeling much better. Well, I had better get busy with Chris. I will be getting him up early so he can watch the Cats play as well. Have a good day.

   It's a Thirsty Thursday! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am. Elise and I both popped up out of the toaster at the same time to start our day. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is freshly brewed and a small salad and a extra smoothie will be prepared for later in the day. Angelica will be here this morning to care for Chris and Rosemary will be here this afternoon.

    Elise and Chris will be receiving a massage from Pam this morning. I have to run an errand out on the air base this morning as well. Other than that we have no plans as of yet.

    Elise and I saw the movie " The Art of the Steal" it was at the "Loft". It is a very very good movie and well worth seeing.

       Well, I had better get busy with Chris and get his day started. Have a good Thirsty Thursday.

   The coffee is good and a hot crossed bun will go along with it this morning.  I have no plans for today as of yet. We may go to the movies this afternoon when Rosemary arrives to care for Chris.

    We will be visited today by our daughter Tangye. Elise and Tangye will be going to lunch at "Franks" to catch up on the latest events in her life. It will be good to see her.

     My concern today is about how Paula,Tiger and  Bobby are feeling today. I will contact them to see how they are doing.

     Today is my brother Herman's birthday. Happy Birthday Herman! We wish you the best birthday ever. Enjoy you day and look forward to many more.
