It's a Monday! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is still cave dwelling this morning but she will be up and on the move shortly. The coffee is good and so are the oats. Any plans for today?

I have a couple of errands to run this morning and I am going to get a few chores taken care of around the house. Other than that it will be a typical Monday. We had a good breakfast yesterday at "Biscuits" and the new place that they moved into is way better than the previous one.

Elise's concert with the Tucson Women's Chorus was very nice. It was dedicated to the incident of last year of the shooting of many to include Gabby Giffords. The concert was put on in a private home and it was by invitation only. I took a few pictures and I will post them as soon as I get them sorted out. I also made a couple of videos as well featuring Elise playing the drum and tambourine. After the concert we ate dinner at "Picazzo's" it is in Ora Valley and we like it there. The food is great and they have many gluten free items to choose from. Of course we had a nice red to get it all down.

Well, I had better get busy. I have to complete one of my errands at 8:00am this morning. Have a good say and remember it is a Monday.

How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. Elise is in her cave this morning but she will be up very soon to care for Chris. The coffee is good and hot and I am thinking about one of the donuts that Elise got for me yesterday. What a hard decision to have one or not? Any plans for today?

We are going out for breakfast this morning on the east side of Tucson. We are going to a place called "Biscuits". We have not been there in quite awhile. It is a Mom and Pop run eatery and the food is good and the coffee endless.

Elise and the Tucson Women's Chorus was a big hit last night. They preformed before a large crowd and they enjoyed what they heard. Elise did a good job on the drum and tambourine. The chorus will be putting on another concert today at 2:30pm to commemorate and to honor the victims of the shooting that took place a year ago today. The senseless taking of lives and the shooting of Gabbie Gifford's. I hope that today's concert will produce a huge crowd to hear this special concert.

After the concert last night Elise and I stopped in the DDC to grab a light dinner. We has a good cocktail of course, and we shared Carne Asada tacos, and a huge plate of chicken nachos with loads of cheese. Then we hit the slots to try our luck. Between the two of us we spent about $360.00 a lot huh? Not really. We decided to hit the dollar slots and we were glad that we did. We rushed out of the casino with over $1200.00 of the green stuff, yes we did. It was a good night at the DDC. Talk about going to sleep well, we did the happy dance all the way home.

I took many pictures last night of the rehearsal and of the concert itself. I also did a short movie of one of the songs with the audience singing along. I will post the best ones later this evening along with the movie. Well, I think that I am going to grab another cup of coffee and that donut. Have a wonderful Sunday and a better tomorrow.

How are you? I started the day off at 5:ooam looking in on Chris. Elise's feet have hit the floor along with mine this morning. She is off to the gym. any plans for today?

I have a couple of errands to run this morning. John is here caring for Chris this morning. We had a very nice dinner at the Outback last night. The food was great and red and the Walla-b-Darns hit the spot. Talking about brain-freeze!

Angelica will be here at 4:00pm to care for Chris. We will be heading for Green Valley for the Tucson Women's Chorus concert. I will take a few pics if I can of Elise playing the drum and the tambourine. After the concert we are going to the DDC for a bite to eat and to pull a few handles on the slots. We will be joined by Diana and Sally.

Well the evening has come to a close and Elise has hit the sheets to read a book. I am watching TV until Marv leaves for the night. I then will check on Chris to make sure that he is good to go, and then I will follow suit and hit the sheets and read a little myself.

We just returned from the Outback and the food was very good. Elise got the filet with a backed potato and a salad. We shared hot wings and a bowl of potato soup as well. I got the wood fired pork chop with marmalade, green beans and mashed potatoes. We both had a Walla-b-Darn with an extra shot of peach schnapps. It was fantastic and we both got brain freeze.

Yes, it's a TGIF! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:10am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning and she is not making a sound. Any plans for today? The coffee is very good this morning and I have not had my bowl of oats as of yet.

We had a very nice dinner with Toni, Lee and Lois last night as usual. Well, our Wildcats got beat by UCLA but it was a good game. Our Cat's seemed a little sluggish last night, but we hope that they step it up in the next game. Go Cat's!

After Marv arrives this evening we are going to the "Outback" for dinner and a bottle of red and maybe a Walla-b-Darn as well. Elise is hosting a marathon bridge game here today and once again the front of our house will look like a car lot.

Tomorrow evening is the Tucson Women's Chorus concert in Green Valley, it should be a good one. The concert on Sunday is in dedicated to Gabbie Gifford and that should have a good turn out. Well, I had better get busy. Have a wonderful Friday and a great upcoming weekend.

The day has come to an end and we just got back from having dinner with Toni, Lee and Lois at El Charro. The food was good and the margarita's were even better. So good we had two each, smile!

We are now waiting for our Wildcats to play UCLA in basketball. It starts late at 9:00pm. After Rosie leaves I will check on Chris and make sure he is settled for the night. Have a good evening and sleep well.

How are you? I started the day off a 5:00am. Elise started her day off at the same time, can you believe that? Smile! Elise is off to go swimming. Any plans for today?

The coffee and oatmeal are right on this morning. Angelica will be here this morning to care for Chris. Donna will be here also this morning to give Elise and Chris a massage. Rosemary will be here this afternoon to care for Chris.

Elise and I are going to go to the movies this afternoon and later in the evening we are going out for Mexican food. We will meet up with Toni, Lee and Lois at El Charro. Can you say one, two margarita's por favore?

I went to the Tucson Women's Chorus practice with Elise last night and they are sounding very good. They are presenting two shows this weekend. One in Green Valley and another here in Tucson on Sunday. Elise will be playing a drum and the tambourine. She did a very good job at the practice. After the Saturday evening concert we are going to drop in the DDC to try our luck.

Well, I had better get myself together and get this day started. Have a good day.

It's a Hump Day! Yes the first Hump Day of 2012. I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is in her cave this morning but she will be up and at it soon. Any plans for today?

The coffee is good and so was my bowl of oatmeal. I am going to get my ears lowered this morning out on the airbase and I have to make a trip to the notary as well. Rosemary will be here this afternoon to care for Chris. It is supposed to get up in the upper 70's to 80 degrees today. We are having a heatwave here in Tucson.

Well, I had better hop to it. Have a good Hump Day and a better tomorrow.

Well, the day is winding down and I am glad that it is. It has been one of those days that just shocks and surprises you at the same time. I am going to say my mantra and I will hit the sheets, hoping that tomorrow will be better. I agree with you Loraine it couldn't hurt.

Tuesday or Monday?

Howdy,

Well, I am guessing it is a delayed Monday for sure. I will not be going to the DDC this morning and I am pissed off. I thought that the window covering people were going to be here this afternoon but no they called to say that they would be here at 9:00am. It is 9:10am and they have not showed up yet. Wait a minute here he is.


I got some of my errands taken care of this morning. I have said my 2012 mantra twice so I can calm down, because this is a day that is set aside for me to be able to get out. My horoscope said that today was going to be my lucky day. Really!!

Well, I am going to watch some TV until Angelica leaves and then I have some work to do behind Chris's house that I had planned on doing.
