Buon Lunedi! How are you doing? It is a nice, sunny morning here in Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Guatalmalan Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some "Down Home Blues" for me today.
My playmate will be hitting the pool this morning. I am sure that she will be getting her froyo fix. She also has a PT appointment as well.
Yesterday was a very good, long day. We dined on my World Famous Tuna Jalapeno Dip with Frito Scoops. We played a video game on our laptop from noon until almost 10pm. It was a lot of fun. My playmate made a couple of "White Russians" with soft serve added. Delicious!
I started my day off with 40 minutes of (Core) exercises. Tomorrow I will do some (Chair Yoga).
I will be prepping a new rock for painting today.
