Hey, did you have a good day? It has been a pretty good one here for a Monday, smile!
Chris and I enjoyed a little outdoor time today. We watched Elise spray paint some wrought iron this afternoon. She did a great job.
Elise prepared soup for dinner that we received from Papa John and Jane. It was very good and Elise added some ham cubes to it and we chowed down. Thanks Jane and John. We also had peppers and baby carrots.
We watched an episode of "West Wing" on Netflix. I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise just left for her "Tucson Women's Chorus" practice.
The weather has been perfect today except it was a bit breezy and it repeat tomorrow. Have a great night.

What's Up?
What's Up?
I just got off of the treadmill and my workout was excellent. Whew!
I got all of my errands taken care of to include taking the photo of the day. I even had a few minutes to pick up some jazz CD's. Yeah!
I am going to get Chris up and over to the main house where we will relax and watch some TV. It is very windy out today. Elise was going to paint some wrought iron but that has to be postponed due to the wind.
I hope that your day is turning out the way that you hoped it would? Hey, I forgot to mention that the pasta Bolognese was to die for. My playmate and I ate way too much. We were stuffed. It was so good, especially with the ragu being made with ground Elk. Oh man that was good.

It's a Monday! How are you? I started the day off at 6:40am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be hitting the floor soon to start her day. Any plans for today?
I am waiting on the coffee but as soon as it is done I will fill my cup. I will have some yogurt for breakfast this morning. It is another mild morning her in Tucson and we are supposed to be in the 80's all week long. Yeah!
I have a couple of errands to take care of this morning to include taking the photo of the day. Hey everyone Valentines Day is approaching very fast. Are you down yet? I will hit the treadmill this morning as well.
Speaking of down! My Panthers gave me a loss in yesterdays Super Bowl game. The Broncos brought the (A) defense game. So that means I lost the bet so I will be taking my playmate to dinner at "Mama Louisa's". My girlfriend Jane has been rubbing in quick and often. All I have to say to that is ("Bite Me Jane"). Wait a minute I might like that, smile! Good game Broncos.
Well, I had better get to work with Chris. Have a great Monday and enjoy.

Howdy!
Howdy!
Hey, how goes it? We had a very nice breakfast at the "Egg Connection". The food was as good as ever. We even saw Patty, Mike's sister there. It was good to see her again.
Elise is caring for Chris and I just finished a little yard work behind Chris's house and I got my treadmill workout completed for today. I even got today's photo done as well. Yea!
We are gearing up for the start of the Super Bowl. I will be preparing the ragu for our dinner this evening. It will be a Bolognese of ground elk meat. It is going to be very good over the pasta. With crowning touch the vino rosso and the Panthers winning the game. Can you feel me?
We hope all is going well for you so far? Have a Super Sunday.

It's a Sunday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be over from the main house shortly. Any plans for today?
The coffee is still brewing and I have my cup at the ready. It is another mild morning here in Tucson. Yesterday was a perfect day weather wise and today should be the same.
Elise and I are going to hit up the "Egg Connection" this morning for breakfast. Well, it is here! Super Bowl Sunday. Elise is going with the Broncos and I have the Panthers winning. The bet has been made and the winner will pay for a dinner at "Mama Louisa's". We have not been there in quite some time and I know that we are looking forward to it..
My playmate and I enjoyed dinner and live jazz at "Cushing Street Bar and Grill" last night. We had a couple of glasses of red that was pretty good. We shared a spinach salad, Elise had Swordfish and I had Parpadelle that was excellent. For dessert we had carrot cake that was the best we have ever had. The owner Betsy came over to say hello to us and to thank us for dining with her last night. The place was packed inside and out on the patio. A great evening!
After dinner we walked over to the Arizona Theater Company to see the play "Fences". The stage was great and the play was excellent. It really it home for me because it mirrored my upbringing. The theater was packed to include the balcony. The standing ovation was well deserved. I thank my playmate for making it possible for us to see this play. I am so blessed to have her by my side. We recommend this one highly.
I will venture out sometime today to take the photo of the day. Last night it was of "Cushing Street Bar and Grill".
Have a great Super Bowl Sunday! Are you ready for some football? We will be watching with a nice plate of spaghetti and meat sauce. Of course the vino will be available or a cocktail or three. Go Panthers! For my playmate Go Broncos!

It's The Weekend!

It's the Weekend! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning and I am not sure when she will be starting her day. Any plans for today.
The coffee just finished brewing and it is hot, black and delicious. It is a mild morning here in Tucson and we are hoping for that warming trend that has been forecast.
David will be here this morning to care for Chris and Jayne will be here this evening. My playmate and I had a very nice dinner last night at "Cody's Beef and Bean". We both got the T-bone special with the works and it was delicious. "Cody's" was packed with people waiting in line to be seated. That is always a good thing for a mom and pop business. We love it there!
Elise and I are going to have dinner this evening at "Cushing Street Bar and Grill " in downtown Tucson. Another good place for a great dinner and live jazz.
After dinner we will make our way over to the "Arizona Theater Company" to see the live play "Fences". It should be a good one. I am sure that Elise and I will have a nice glass of red just before the play starts. Yea, a good red, a great play, and my playmate. WooHoo! Life is Good!
Speaking of "Life Is Good" I forgot to mention last week when we had breakfast at the "Egg Connection" that we picked out a table to pay it forward and we did. We paid the bill without them knowing who paid for the meal. I tell you it is a good feeling to be able to do that now and again.
My photo for today will be "Cushing Street Bar and Grill. Our "Wildcats" play basketball today and we will watch the game. Also I have to say go "Panthers".

An update. Brother Blake is doing well and getting around. He has to make a few lifestyle changes that I am sure that he doesn't like but Sister Marcie will keep him on track for sure.

Hello!
What is up so far on this TGIF day? I just finished my workout on the treadmill and it was a good one. Whew!
Chris is resting nicely and I will get him up and over to the main house shortly. We will watch a few TV shows and some movies on Netflix.
I am going to take the photo of the day at "Cody's Beef and Beans" this evening while we are there getting our grub on. Smile!
I am starting to get hungry, but a good workout will do that to you, eh? Jane not that kind of workout, but it could. Smile!

The coffee is good and I will have some cottage cheese and crackers for breakfast this morning. It is another cold morning here in Tucson but it is supposed to warm up today.
I don't have any plans for today except to find a location for today's photo. Marv will be here this evening to care for Chris.
Elise and I are going to hit up "Cody's Beef and Bean" for dinner. We will have the T-bone special with the works and a nice carafe of Burgundy at room temperature. Yeah!
We saw the movie "Youth" yesterday at the "Loft" and it was good and great acting but a little different. There are a lot of good movies that we have not seen yet but rest assured we will. Smile!

The coffee just finished brewing and my cup is full. I will have some yogurt for breakfast this morning. Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris and David will be here this afternoon.
I have a few errands to take care of this morning to include getting the Fiat 500L Trekking washed. I will also driving around the Old Pueblo looking for today's photo. Later this morning I will hit the treadmill for a nice workout. It is another cold morning here in Tucson.
We may go to the movies today if time permits. We have booked and planned a trip to New York for October. We will be there for a week. We are really forward to this one.
Later this month we are going to Las Vegas for a few days to try our luck at the slots. We will be staying at the Palms Resort and Casino. Cha Ching, hopefully.
Well, I had better get busy. Have a great Thursday. Stay safe, happy and healthy.

I will be taking today's photo near Reid Park sometime this morning. Other than that I have no plans for today except I may get the Fiat 500L Trekking washed. So that means that Chris and I will be relaxing and trying to stay warm today.

Good Night!
How was your day? It has been a good one but cold and it is still cold and getting colder. We are under a hard freeze warning for tonight. Brrrrr!
Chris and I enjoyed TV this afternoon while my playmate was in her office on her desktop. Elise prepared breakfast for dinner this evening. We had homemade pumpkin pancakes, sausages, and eggs. We got it all down with coffee.
We watched "West Wing" on Netflix with Chris. I finished the photo book for the month of January and I have started February's photos. I am having a lot of fun doing this project.
I am caring for Chris this evening. We hope that your evening will be a quiet one.
