How are you doing on this Friday? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris and getting him settled for today. Elise is in Italy on the canals on a Gondola sipping a good red vino. As soon as she takes a sip of Grappa she will awaken and she will start her day here in the Old Pueblo. Any plans for today?

Elise and I had a grand time last night at Fire ans Spice. We met up with Shoo Shoo and Stu. We have been trying to get together for a while now and finally we worked it out and what a treat. We both enjoyed and liked Stu. He has a great sense of humor and style that I found to be very refreshing. Above all of that he really cares for Shoo Shoo and that is ideal to say the least.

We had a great time at the bar exchanging stories and the like, it was fascinating. We went to our table and we ordered up our dinner and let em tell you that Fire and Spice has done it again. From appetizers to dessert the food was excellent. Elise and I shared a Brandy Alexander and it was out of this world.

While we were enjoying our dinner we listened to live jazz being played and the band was top drawer. As you know I love jazz because it really relaxes me and the beat is wonderful. We bought a CD that the keyboard player was promoting and selling. He is also a very good singer.

After the evening ended we said our good-byes and we said that we must do this again in the very near future. It was great to see Shoo Shoo with a huge smile on her face, she was glowing. The photos above are of Shoo Shoo and Stu,and also of the band.

This evening Elise and I are going to Pastiche for dinner and then we are going to The Invisible Theatre to see a play called "Premiere". It is a comedy about William Shakespeare and his writing. It should be a funny one. Well, I had better get back to Chris. Have a wonderful day and a better tomorrow.
