The weekend is here! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. Elise is in a jet stream this morning but as soon as she hits her sonic boom she will awaken and start her day. Any plans for today?

We had a very nice dinner at Pastiche last night. We shared a bottle of red called "Two Left Feet" and let me tell you it was named correctly,smile. It was a Aussie wine at 16%, wow it was good. We shared a cup of chicken soup that was fantastic. Elise ordered scallops with rice and veggies. I ordered the Cajun Pasta that was very nice with shrimp, chicken and Andoule sausage. We sample each others entree and they both were wonderful. We looked over the dessert menu but we declined but we ordered coffee.

After dinner we headed over to The Invisible Theatre to see "Precious". It was very good and funny. It was about a writer who decided to write 3 plays like Shakespeare would have. He then passed it off as the original and he got away with it to his and everyone elses surprise. It was well done and the theatre was just about full except for about three seats.

We arrived back home and after Marv left I checked on Chris and we called it a night. I slept pretty good after that 16% vino and I am sure that Elise did too! We are going to Green Valley this afternoon after Rosemary arrives to care for Chris. We are going to a retirement party for a long time friend of Elise's. After that is over we may stop in and try our luck at the DDC for as short time. Wish us luck,eh?

Well, I had better check in on Chris. Elise is caring for him this morning. Have a great weekend.
