Buon Sabato!  How are you doing? We started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Costa Rica Paraiso Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later morning. It is a cold but cloudy morning here in Tucson.

I am caring for Chris today up until 5:00pm when Sorella Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a couple of tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some Soulful Christmas music today.

We both are working on new rocks that will be completed soon.

Hey, tomorrow is Mia Moglie's birthday. Here is a pic of her flowers and card. She will open her gift tomorrow. Our Casino Del Sol Host (Victoria) has taken care of dinner for Elise at the "PY Steakhouse". Again, I say it is good to be a (player). Also, we will be using our (perks) for an overnight at Del Sol on the 27th of December. Hopefully we can make the slots say, "Cha Ching".

On 17 Dec, we enjoyed breakfast at the "Bisbee Breakfast Club. After breakfast we went over to Mia Cognata's home. Things went along like they always do. We enjoyed our (Slovik) dinner. Sara did a wonderful job like always.

Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a good Sabato. Stay safe. I will chat at you later.

Today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be tossing around pots and pans again. The meal will be a birthday requested meal by Mia Moglie for her birthday. We will have Filets, Baked Potatoes, Mac and Cheese. Also a good libation selected by my Sous Chef. Hopefully the meal turns out to be delicious. Ya Mon’.
