How are you doing on the New Year's Eve? We are good here.

We are very happy that our Chiefs won tonight. Go Chiefs! We are now watching Sunday Night Football.

I am caring for Chris tonight. He is downing his supplemental drip, and he is watching football as well.

We were visited by Bev and her husband this evening. It was a pleasure to have them to visit and Chris enjoyed the visit as well. They presented to us a hand painted card and a nice bottle of (vino rosso) that I will add to our collection. Thank you so very much.

I am going to hit the sheets early tonight. I have a traditional habit that I do every New Years Day. As soon as my feet hit the floor in the morning, I will head out the back door and I will come into the front door. By going out the back door I am taking the old year out, and by coming in the front door I will be bringing in the New Year and bringing in the luck of the New Year. Weird, eh?

Buon Domenica!  How are you? We started the day off at 5:30am caring for Chris. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Casino Del Sol Regular Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed at the Egg Connection" along with a good breakfast. It is a cold but clear morning on this New Years Eve.

Mia Moglie is caring for Chris today up until 5:00pm when Sorella Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she said that I have my usual Domenica tasks to complete. I asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

Well, Chefs Day was delicious. So good that I forgot to take photos of the meal being plated. Here are a few pictures. Enjoy!

Hey, that was a very good game of football between Dallas and Detroit. My home team lost but they played well even with the major mistake that was made at the end.  We will be glued to the TV today. Lots of football games today. Go Chiefs!

I enjoyed a very nice phone call from my sister Marcie yesterday. I was so good to hear her voice. Wonderful call sis.

My playmate and I went to the "Roadhouse Cinema" last night to see the movie "Poor Things" it was excellent, and the theater was packed.

We will be dining on Black-eyed Peas and cornbread for this New Years Eve. We also have a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge.

Well, I had better check on Chris Have a good Domenica. Stay safe and I will chat at you later.

I am caring for Chris this morning up until 5pm when Sorella Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I asked her play some "Funk Jazz" for me today.

My shorty is working on a new rock, and I will start one today.

Hey, today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be back in the (cucina) tossing around pots and pans again. We will be having Cheeseburgers and Fries for dinner. My Sous will select the proper libation for the meal.

We went to the movies yesterday to see "The Boys in the Boat". Excellent movie. We will be hitting up the "Roadhouse Cinema" this evening to see "Poor Things".

Well, I have to tell you that our overnight stay at "Casino Del Sol" was fantastic. We have a very nice Exec Host who looks after us. Our stay was upgraded by her to the "Sky Level" on the 10th floor. Great room, turndown service, chocolates on our pillows, and flowers in a vase. Our dinner at the "PY Steakhouse" was taken care of by her as well. Thank you so much (Victoria). Here let the pics show you are good time. Enjoy, we did!

I am caring for Chris today up until 11:00am when Sorella Jayne arrives. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I do have to gas up the "Donna Verde".

My shorty and I are both packed and ready to enjoy a nice staycation at "Casino Del Sol". We are hoping for some nice "Cha Chings" and a good dinner at PY Steakhouse. All thanks to our Casino Host (Victoria).

How are you doing? How was your day? It has been a pretty good one, up until when the caregiver left.

She didn't complete her work and I had to do the clean-up that she should have completed. She also put linen in the washer and never turned the washer on. I had to take apart Chris's Hoyer Sling to wash it and I also had to remove his Roko seat and cover as well to clean them. I am not a happy (Commendatore) at all.

My playmate is at "Bistro 44" with one of her book clubs. She is going to bring me back some "Cordon Bleu" for dinner. Ya Mon'.

I am caring for Chris tonight. He is watching TV and downing his supplemental drip. I am going to give him some applesauce for dessert.

Tomorrow my shorty and I will be heading for "Casino Del Sol for an overnight stay. The stay is free because I am a player. Our dinner will be on the casino as well. We will be celebrating Mia Moglie's birthday. Can you say Prime Rib? Of course, we will. 

Hopefully while we are there, we can make the Keno Slots (cha ching). We will head to the casino after Sorella Jayne arrives mid-day.

I need to get my suitcase packed. Mia Moglie has hers packed already.

The coffee is brewing. It is a nice Pike's Peak Blend. I have my cup at the ready. It is cold, but clear morning here in the valley of Tucson.

Jackie will be here this morning to care for Chris. If not, I will care for Chris. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few tasks to complete. She also reminded me that Chris the iRobot will be coming out to clean the main house carpet. I asked her to play some Contemporary Jazz for me today.
