Good Night!

Well, the day has come to an end. Elise has hit the sheets and I am trying to get my 10,000 steps in for today, but I don't think I am go to reach my goal today. Maybe tomorrow.

Elise prepared breakfast for dinner this evening. We had bacon, eggs, toast and hash browns. It was delicious. We watched two episodes of the "Borgia" on DVD.

Hello!

Hey, how is it going? Things are going well here in the Old Pueblo. It is a very good day and the breeze is making it just about perfect.

I did not get the Fiat washed but I will get it done for sure tomorrow morning. It is parked under a Mesquite tree and it is really dirty with tree droppings.

Rosemary just left to take Chris to the zoo for a little while. He loves it there. I am sure that Rosemary will take a few pictures while they are out.

I texted my girlfriend (Jane) to see if she would be at home so I could bring her a treat and she said yes that she would be waiting for me. Now here I am all excited and ready to see her.

When I get there (Papa) was at home and he told me that she had fallen asleep. Here I am ready to present her with the goods and she dropped off to sleep. I got back in the Fiat and I drove home disappointed, yes I did.  Papa thanked me for stopping by and he said that they are tired but good.

Now I am about to get on the "Wii" to do some "Wii Fit" exercises to work off all of that energy that I had accumulated in anticipation to see "Jane". I may be on the "Wii" for hours, smile!

    It's a Hump Day! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise looked at me while I popped up and she returned to her cave. She will be up and on the move soon.
Any plans for today?

    The coffee is good and I will have a lemon bar to go along with it this morning. I have no plans for today but I may get the "Fiat 500L" washed again. Rosemary will be here this afternoon to care for Chris.

    I am going to make a reservation today for the "DDC" for a 1 night stay. I will make it for 13 May, gotta love those perks, eh?

    Well, I had better get busy with Chris. It won't be long now and we will be shopping for clothing for Jamaica. Yeah Mon'.

This has been a good day but it turned weird as well. Strange things are afoot here in the Old Pueblo. We shall see where it leads and where it ends.

Elise prepared beans and cornbread for dinner. We also had baby carrots and tomatoes. We watched the movie "Nut Job" with Chris, he loved it. We also watched two episodes of "The Fosters" and we are enjoying this series.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is in her office on her desktop. We hope that your evening is a good one.

Hey, what is going on? The weather this afternoon is just about perfect. I do have my flip flops at the door and ready to go.

I got my errands taken care of at the DDC. I purchased our tickets for the DL Hughley show for August. We got great seats thanks to me being a Gold Diamond Member.

Our seats are in section 102 row G seats 11 and 12  right in the center of the stage. This is going to be a good one for sure.

I played a few slots at the DDC and nothing spectacular happened like I was hoping that it would. We will see what will happen next week when we visit the casino again.

Hey, I won a free 1 night stay at the DDC for Cinco Di Mayo. It is good until the end of the month. WooHoo!

That made my playmate happy for sure. There is something in the air that is just not right but I am not going to worry about it until is surfaces. My playmate senses it too!

   It is a Tricky Tuesday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is in her cave but she will be up and making her way to the gym very soon. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is good this morning I will have a lemon bar to go along with it. Angelica will be here this morning to care for Chris.

    I have an errand to run this morning at the DDC. I am going to pickup tickets for the DL Hughley show coming to the DCC on 1 August. He is one of the original "Kings of Comedy".

   Well,I have learned several things since my milestone year has started on my birthday and I will continue to pay closer attention to all things.  Some of my observations have been shocking and quite puzzling to say the least.

   Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a great Tricky Tuesday and enjoy.

How was your day? It has been a pretty good one here except for one (SNAFU) from my doctors office. Now we all have a new one, smile!

Hey,we just got rained on in buckets for about ten minutes. It was great. Sorry I didn't have my flip flops at the ready. Yeah Mon'.

Elise prepared breakfast for dinner this evening. We had pancakes, eggs and sausages. Of course some coffee was available.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise in the main house at the dining room table. Our new fur-baby is going to be a challenge for me but I am going to get her rolling with the program. She doesn't like to follow commands but she does not know who she is dealing with, smile!

    It's a Monday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is on her cave but she will be on the move very soon. Any plans for today?

    The coffee is good and hey it is raining here in the Old Pueblo. I have no plans for today as of yet but as you know that Monday's can bring anything your way.

     We had a wonderful evening at "Zemans" with Paula, Marty, Shoo and Stu. The food was very good and the (Injera) was very spongy. We downed two bottles of red with our meal. Thank you guys for a great evening of fun, food, vino and friendship.

     I am excited to find out that DL Hughley is coming to the Diamond Center on 1 August. He is one of the original Kings of Comedy. I will be making a trip to the DDC to get the tickets tomorrow.

    Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a blessed day and be careful out there.

How is it going? We had a very nice breakfast at the "Egg Connection". Elise is caring for Chris and I am restocking Chris's supplies.

It is really heating up here in the valley of Tucson. I also completed a few errands on the airbase as well this morning.

    It's a Sunday! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise will be over as soon as she puts feet to the floor. Any plans for today?

    The coffee is very good this morning. I ground up some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe  beans a mild, citrus, floral and light-bodied. Elise and I are going to hit up the "Egg Connection" for breakfast this morning. 

    Well, my birthday just keeps on going and going. We had a grand time at "Torinos" last night with Jane, Papa John, Shoo and Stu. The food was excellent and we even listened to live Jazz being played. We sat out on the patio area and what a beautiful evening it was.

    I received more birthday cards and gifts, and if you remember anything about the crew we always get a little naughty when we get together. I would not have it any other way. I was given a very nice slice of cheesecake for my -b-day from the staff at "Torinos". Thank you guys very much.

   I also received a little naughty gift from "Rosemary" as well. I shared that gift with the crew at "Torinos" and they just howled with laughter. Thank you Rosie.

   We are going to join up with Paula and Marty, Shoo and Stu at "Zemans" this evening for dinner. We are looking forward to it as always.

    Last night Papa John asked me for some words of wisdom since I turned a year older (younger). I replied "Live each day as it comes, and enjoy it".

    It's the Weekend! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so that means that she will be making her way to the gym shortly. Any plans for today?

    The coffee just finished brewing and it is delicious. I will have some fruit for breakfast this morning. I have a couple of errands to run this morning to include getting our Fiat 500L washed.

    We had a grand time celebrating my birthday at "Casino Del Sol" and at the "DDC". I will give more details about it later in the day. I have a few things I need to catch up on and a few things to plan ahead for.

    I want to thank my loving wife Elise for making this the best birthday ever. She is one special lady. 

    I also want to thank everyone again for the birthday wishes, cards, texts, phone calls, emails, and messages. It means so much to me and it is very humbling indeed. I am one lucky fellow and I am very blessed. Thank you!

    Hey,we have a new member in the family. Her name is "Azala". She is a two year old Labrador and she is a lot of fun. We got her yesterday afternoon.

    Well, I had better get busy and get this day moving forward. We are meeting up with the crew this evening at  "Cafe Torino" for Happy Hour. I am looking forward to this one because it brings out the "Italian" in me, smile!
