Mia Moglie, just left for her Tai Chi class and swimming.
Today is Chefs Day! My Sous and I will be in the cucina burning and smoking it up, smile!
Today's fare will be Deep Fried Catfish and Fries. My Sous will make her homemade tartar sauce. She will also select the proper libation to go with meal.
I have to make a trip to the Ufficio Postale this morning.
Here are the pictures from 20 Apr on our vacay in Alpine, California at the Viejas Resort and Casino. We used our perks for this stay. We were put up in a Deluxe Suite that is very, very nice. Enjoy!
