How are you doing so far on this Taco Tuesday? 

I got everything that I had planned on doing today done. Ya Mon'.

I am resting listening to some "Funk Jazz". I was going to take a "Power Nap" but the only way I get to do that is when we are away. As soon as I stretch out the doorbell rings, or the phone rings. I may have to make a trip out to the casino to get a few extra winks in.

 I checked on my girlfriend Edwina early this morning because I had not heard anything from her since Sunday morning. She is good, she is having some issues with her phone and seeing at times. Her daughter will be here on the 30th for a visit and that is good.

I am going to order up a "Pineapple Shrimp" with firecracker sauce for dinner from "Bisto 44".  I have a (grande) Corona chilling in the fridge. I may dig into the Lemon Meringue Cheesecake that my shorty got for me yesterday. Ya Mon'.

Enjoy your evening. I have my fork, and spoon at the ready position, smile! I think I will put my birra boot in the freezer to chill.

I also fired up the Popcorn Wagon and I popped up three bags of popcorn for snacking. Pop, Pop!
