Buon Venerdi! TGIF! How are you doing? It is a cold, clear morning here in Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good French Roast, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be another busy one. I asked her to play some Down-Home Blues for me today.
Mia Moglie will be heading out for Himmel Park this morning for her Tai Chi class.
We went to the movies yesterday to see Scream 7. It was very good. We are going to hit up another movie this afternoon at El Con Mall. The movie is "Good Luck Don't Die".
I want to apologize for not posting to the blog yesterday. We had so much to do. We got takeaway from "Leos" for dinner last night, and it was good and so were the margaritas.
Here is what happened on 14 Feb in Cabo San Lucas. Enjoy!
We love the weather here in Cabo. We slept so well, we didn't get up until 10am. Wow! Unheard of for us.
We went to the Garden Cafe for breakfast. We had freshly made to order omelets, sausages, bacon, potatoes and beans. I had a cinnamon roll with apples.
After breakfast Elise went to walk the plank. She walked around deck 7 for a mile or more.
We took a (tender) to shore. We walked around looking for a (Farmacia) and a silver shop for jewelry. We found both and made purchases of meds and a silver necklace for Elise. Elise bought some Penicillin, Azithromycin. and Percocet. At the jewelry shop with the help of William, Elise bought a silver necklace for $780.00. Expensive but she liked it.
While we were waiting for some adjustments to be made to the necklace, William showed us a little hole in the wall where we could get some lunch. The place was called "Los Claros". The food was excellent. Of course we had a few margaritas. Elise had fish tacos and freshly made guacamole and salsa. I had chicken enchiladas, rice and beans. It cost us $109.00 plus tip, but very good. We left a dollar bill with our name on it and a patron put it up on the wall. We took the (tender) back to the (Jade).
Once back on-board Elise to a short nap. I sat out on the balcony of our cabin to watch the (tenders) go back and forth.
Later we went to the casino, and we lost and won and lost again, but fun. We went to get a light dinner. After dinner we went to the
Bliss Lounge, to listen to karaoke. Listening to karaoke is always fun. We are tired now, so we went back to our cabin and called it a night.
