Buon Domenica!  How are you doing?  The sunrise will be happening soon.  Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Holiday Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed at the "Egg Connection", along with a good breakfast. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a very busy one.

It is 4:45am and I am up starting my day. My playmate is counting lizards in her sleep this morning, smile!

We are saddened because our dear friend (Flo) is in hospital. We went to visit her yesterday afternoon at her care facility, and she was being transported to hospital. So, we went to the hospital to be with her in the ER.

We finally got back to see her, and she was not well at all. She had a hard time breathing because she had aspirated food or liquid into her left lung. She also has a (UTI).

I looked at the x-ray and you could see the infection in her left lung. She may have to have a G-Tube inserted to make sure that she gets enough fluid and food to prevent aspiration for a while. Hopefully she was put on antibiotics last night when she was admitted. We are going to see her right after we have breakfast this morning. It is very heartbreaking to see her this way.

Please, say a prayer or two for her and the family. Please, always let your family and friends know just how much that you love and care for them, please.  Hold the ones closest to you when you see them because you don't know what tomorrow brings. Thank you.

Well, yesterday was Sous Chef Day. My Sous ran the (cucina). She prepared Meatloaf, Baked Potatoes, Sweet Peas, Salad, and the proper libation I selected was a good (Cab). Excellent dinner let me tell you. Mille Grazie, Sous!

I will be making my World Famous Tuna Jalapeno Dip shortly. We will be playing games on the travel laptop today. We play for hours and of course plenty of Jack Daniels will be on hand. It is so much fun.
