I want to thank everyone who sent texts and emails in regard to Capo Jim's Sister (Mary) passing. It is another sad day here in Tucson.
I just finished my latest rock. I will post it as soon as I seal it.
Hey, today is Chefs Day. I will be in the (cucina) tossing around pots and pans and smoking up the (cucina). I may have a (birra) or three while I am cooking, smile!
Today's fare is Deep Fried Catfish Nuggets and French Fries. I am sure that my shorty will prepare some of her famous Tatar Sauce. I will be loading up my Catfish with Tabasco. It's the Southern in me, smile! I will start to burn at around 4pm.
