The coffee is a good Jamaican Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a busy one. I asked her to play some "Down Home Blues for me today.
I will be starting a new rock today and I put one out in the hood yesterday. Here it is.
My shorty attended one of her book club meetings at "Bistro 44". She brought back a delicious hot ham and cheese hoagie and fries. I got it down with an ice cold Modelo Especial.
I am going to hit up the Treadmill today. Tomorrow I will be back on the Heavy Bag.
