The coffee is a good Holiday Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a very busy one for me. I asked her to play some "Down Home Blues" for me today.
Well, Super Bowl Sunday a shocker. The "Chiefs" lost badly. So, Mia Moglie lost our bet. I have selected PF Chángs for my victory dinner. Woohoo!
Chef Day was a success, and it was very delicious. The (Swai) filets were very good, but my playmate likes Catfish better.
