   It's a Monday! How are you? I started the day of at 4:30am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be up and about soon. Any plans for today?

   The coffee is brewing and I need a few cups because I did not sleep well last night at all.I just could not dose off. 

   Elise and I enjoyed the movie "The Hundred-Foot Journey" starring Grand Dame Helen Mirren. It was a very good movie especially if you are a foodie. We recommend this one as a must see.

   I have no plans for today but am going to go on a bike ride as soon as I get Chris settled. Elise prepared some Sloppy Joe's for dinner that was very good. We also enjoyed an episode of "West Wing" a well.

  Today is Chris's birthday. He opened up his gifts yesterday. He still looks like he is 20 years old. He has a good life with no worries. If we all could be worry free and as happy as he is.
