How are you doing on this Monday morning? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is counting lizards this morning. I am getting a early start due to I will be training a caregiver this morning at 8:00am to care for Chris. The caregivers name is Marva and she is from Iowa.

We had a very nice time in Mesa at the birthday party and Chucky Cheese is the perfect place for your very first birthday. After the party Elise and I checked into our hotel and we had to throw down a couple of Jack and Coke to wind down from all of those kids. Later in the afternoon we went to the movies and we saw Julia and Julie it was a very good movie and Meryl Streep was excellent as Julia Child.

After the movie we went to Picazzo's pizza and we shared a medium pizza and a bottle of red. We returned to our room and we played video games on the laptop until we could not stay awake. The next morning we checked out and we stopped at a place called Wild Roses for breakfast. I must tell you it was a treat to stop in there. They serve the biggest breakfast that we have seen and it was very good. We had to have what we didn't eat boxed up to take home with us. I mean a huge portion, the ham that I was giving was huge and I had to take a photo of it, wow, it is big.

We left Mesa and headed home to Tucson. When we arrived I relived Rosemary and and we watched a DVD until she returned to care for Chris at 5:00pm. We left to visit Bucky and Dena and we had a very nice evening with them and Carol was there as well. Lupe prepared a dinner that was wonderful and of course the red was flowing freely. We returned home and we called it a night. So that was our weekend, a good one.

We I had better go and have a look at Chris to see what he is up to. Have a good Monday and stay safe.
