Good Night!
Yep, I am saying good night early this evening. This cold has given me a uppercut and a right cross. I am still on my feet and my Ali shuffle is starting to work.
Elise has gotten me all medicated up and she is in her office on her desktop. I am caring for Chris in a mask this evening and he is laughing at me. The fur-babies are afraid of me so they took off running behind Chris's house with the hair standing up on their backs. Crazy dogs, smile!
Elise prepared breakfast for dinner instead of leftover turkey. It was my choice so I chose breakfast. I hope that your Monday has been a good one?

Afternoon!
Afternoon!
How is it going? Chris and I are resting and watching a Andy Griffith Marathon. It is a cold afternoon and I am staying indoors as much as possible.
Elise is at the gym and then she will making her way to some meds for me. Yes, me and this cold are have a know down drag out fight today. I am going to medicate, hydrate, and rest today. I may have gotten this from my playmate.
I need to get the Fiat 500L Trekking washed and Elise needs to get her Prius washed as well. We are going to purchase six months of Platinum Car Washes for each other in a few days. Yep, it is a Christmas gift to each other. A bit pricey but well worth it. We did this last year as well.
I need to take Chris's gifts over to his house today and put them away. Hey, did you clean up? I do have an appetite right now a some open faced turkey sandwich. I love that stuff.
Are you ready for the New Year? I will adding and deleting things off of my Bucket List this evening as well. Have a good Monday if you can.

It's a Monday! How are you doing? We hope that your Christmas enjoyable? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is in her cave this morning but she will be on the move soon. Any plans for today?
The coffee is very good this morning and I have two butter cookies to go along with it. A second cup will enjoyed shortly.
It is a cold morning here in the Old Pueblo. I do hope that it warms up later in the day. I am also thinking about a nice cup of hot chocolate with those little marshmallows. Yep!
I am looking over my To Do List and yes I have a few things to take care of today. I also have my 2017 calendars on my desk to be put up in a few days. My playmate and I are going to put together a photo calendar for 2017 showing pics from 2016.
We had a very nice visit from Shannon and crew yesterday. We are so pleased that Shannon is doing so well. Hunter is growing up nicely too!
Elise and I enjoyed turkey, mashed potatoes, yams, sweet peas, and cranberry sauce last night. It was so good. Now the left over turkey will be used for my favorite meal. A open faced turkey sandwich with gravy. WooHoo!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Merry Christmas! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am getting Chris settled for Elise. Elise will be over to care for Chris shortly. Any plans for today?
The coffee is good and without a doubt a second cup will be enjoyed. I am not sure if we are going out for breakfast this morning because our "Egg Connection" may be close today. I will have to see what Elise wants to do. We had a nice breakfast yesterday at "First Watch". It was our first time there and the food was pretty good.
We had a wonderful evening last night at Dena's and Bucky's home. It was so good to see Lindsey, Shannon, and Hunter. They are all doing well. It is unbelievable how tall Hunter has grown. We enjoyed a very good meal that would mirror any 5 star restaurant. It was a wonderful evening. Thank you so very much.
We want to thank everyone for all of the cards, texts, phone calls, visits, gifts and hugs. We are blessed to be here and we are doubly blessed to have such a loving family, friends and acquaintances, both here and abroad.
We wish you all a very, very Merry Christmas! Enjoy the day and take in the true meaning of this day.

It's The Weekend!

It's the Weekend! How are you doing on this Christmas Eve? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be up soon. Any plans for today?
I am waiting on the coffee to finish brewing. I have a large cup ready to be filled as soon as it is done. It is a mild morning here in Tucson. We are supposed to be rained on sometime today.
We had a very nice stay at the "Copper Queen" in Bisbee. Our short visit with the family was for the most part a good one. Yes, there was a little bit of drama but it was handled well. It was good to see everyone there.
Many thanks to Sara our niece for making things happen and taking charge to make sure that things went well. It was good to see her take charge! Thanks Sara!
We got back home yesterday at around 5:00pm. We unloaded the Fiat 500L and Elise fixed us a nice Jack and Coke. We were surprised when we got a call from Jayne saying that Marv was here to work. So we told Jayne to go home. We were under the impression that Marv would not be working last night.
I got a phone call from my son JT last night with some drama that has developed with him. This was unexpected event and I told him that he and his mom need to work this one out. Elise liked the way I handled this one. I am sure that I will be hearing more about this over the next few days. Another (SNAFU) without a doubt, but we shall see how it plays out.
Elise and I went to the "Loft" to see the movie "Moonlight". It was very good and it contained many, many messages in it. This movie may not be to every ones liking but it is a powerful one.
We are going to visit Bucky and Dena this evening. Hopefully Shannon, Hunter and Lindsey will be there. It has been awhile since we have seen them.
Today is Elise's birthday. WooHoo! It was celebrated in Bisbee on the 22nd. Well, I had better get myself together and get this day moving. I am moving a bit slow due to I am not feeling all that well this morning, but hopefully it well pass. Have a great day! Jayne well be here this evening to care for Chris.
I really enjoyed seeing Flo earlier in the week. I have not seen her in quite some time. It was good to give her hugs that have been a long time coming and over due.

It's A Thirsty Thursday!

It's a Thirsty Thursday! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00 am looking in on Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be up soon. Jayne is here caring for Chris. Any plans for today?
The coffee just finished brewing and my first cup is oh so good. Another cup will be enjoyed soon. It is a mild morning and we got rained on during the night. We may get more of the wet stuff today.
I enjoyed my afternoon yesterday at Deb and Sharon's home. They arranged for Elise to read a portion of her book about Chris. It was very touching and at times my playmate got choked up while reading. It brought back memories of what happened to Chris like it was yesterday. Elise did a very good job and we thank Deb and Sharon for allowing her to present this to many friends and family members.
Later in the evening we headed for Shoo and Stu's for a "Mahjong" fest. It was good to see Shoo and Stu as always. They presented a very nice spread that included ham, baked potatoes, vino, salad with the works, and a nice selection of deserts. Wow! It was delicious.
The "Mahjong" fest was a good one but not for me. Everyone won except for me. Shoo Shoo is the reining Queen of Mahjong. I think she spiked my baked potato or something. Maybe it was those cookies that were so good that I had a hard time trying to stop eating them. That had to have been it! It was a good fest indeed!
We will be heading for Bisbee, Arizona this morning to be with Elise's sister and crew. Hopefully all goes well. I say this because most of the time there is some family drama. We will return on the evening of the 23rd. I need to back a little suitcase for this short trip. We will be staying at the "Copper Queen" in Bisbee.
We well be enjoying a nice breakfast at "Gus Balones" this morning before we head out. We will also be stopping in "Fry's to pick up a ham for JT. He is here visiting with his mom. He asked if I could purchase the ham for him and asked Elise about it and she agree to the purchase. We will drop it off this morning.
Well, I had better get my (Mojo) fired up so I can get this day moving forward.

It's a Hump Day! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be up and about soon. Any plans for today?
My first cup of coffee is very good. Hey, we got rained on during the night and we are suppose to get more over the next few days.
Once again I woke up with pain from a stiff neck. I am going to have to take something this morning for it. I have another busy day today and I hope that I get all of To Do List tasks completed.
My playmate brought me back a "Gyro Boy" last night and it was delicious and the serving was huge. It was very good and I have leftovers.
We are going to hook up with Shoo and Stu for Mahjong this evening. We are also going to meet over at Deb's to hear Elise read portion of her book that she is just about finished writing.
Well,I had better get busy. Have a good Humper!

Good Night!
Well, the day is just about done. How was yours? I got all of my To Do List tasks completed today. I even stopped at Honey Baked Ham, to pick up a sliced turkey breast. I love a good breast! Jane, don't go there!
Elise rested for the majority of the day. She is now at her book club meeting at "Shish Kabob House". My playmate is going me a Gyro Boy for my dinner. Yummy!
Chris has had a very good day today. He enjoyed watching TV this evening. Yesterday he was really into "Kung Fu Panda 3". It was pretty good.
I am caring for Chris this evening. I have all of a sudden began to feel sleepy. Maybe it is the spiked Egg Nog that I had earlier. WooHoo!
Tomorrow is going to be a very busy one. We have Mahjong at Shoo and Stu's. I will be going to Deb's house to listen to Elise read a portion of her book that is just about complete. Yep, a very busy day.
We hope that tomorrow will be a better day for us all.

Good Night!
How has your day ended? It has been a pretty good one for a Monday and a slow day as well.
I got the Fiat 500L gassed up and I got all of my errands taken care of on my To Do List. Chris has been in a very good mood today as well.
My playmate has been home bound all day today. She has been medicated, feed, rested and now she has hit the sheets.
I am caring for Chris this evening and he is really chatting it up tonight. Elise prepared breakfast for dinner. We had eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. We both got it all down with a few cocktails (medicinal) type, smile!
I usually don't take any meds for pain but today I had to due to I believe that I slept wrong and my neck is killing me. Jane don't go there! I will take another pill or two before I hit the sheets.
Tomorrow is going to be another busy day for me. We hope that your day went well? Sleep well and dream good thoughts.
