Buon Mercoledi! Hump Day! How are you doing? It is a nice, partly cloudy morning here in Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Pikes Place Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is Chef's Day. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
My playmate will be attending her Tai Chi class this morning at Himmel Park. My fidanzata will be there too.
I will be starting a new rock today. My shorty is still working on her latest rock.
Today's fare will be "Air Fryer Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, and Sweet Peas". My Sous Chef will select the proper libation to go with the meal. I have to make a trip over on the eastside to pick up 4 quarts of Soft Serve from Dairy Queen.
Tomorrow we will be meeting our daughter Tangye and Dave at "Wisdoms" for dinner. We will stay in Green Valley overnight. "Wisdoms" has some legendary margaritas and fruit empanadas.
Well, I had better get my (Mojo) working. Have a good Humper. Stay safe and I will chat at you later.
Mia Moglie will be attending her Writing Group this afternoon at Debs new home.
On a sad note. We were informed by my nephew Jerome that his Mom, my Sister-In-Law Diane passed away. Please if you could say a prayer or two for the family. Thank you.
