Buon Giovedi!  Sete Giovedi!  Thirsty Thursday!  How are you doing? It is a nice, sunny morning here in Tucson. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Colombian Blend, and a second cup will be downed at "Gus Balons", along with a good breakfast.

Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is "Chefs Day". My Sous Chef and I will be back in the (cucina) tossing around pots and pans. I asked her to play some music to cook by.

This evening's fare will be Deep Fried Catfish, French Fries, and my Sous's World Famous Tater Sauce. My Sous will select the proper libation to accompany the meal.

We saw the movie "Smashing Machine" starring the Rock. We enjoyed this movie, and it was based on a true story.

My playmate and I are still working on new rocks. We will drop a couple of rocks off at "Gus Balons".
