Sup?

Sup?

Well, I got my errand taken care of sort of. It is a two part errand so I will complete the second part at around 10:00am or so.

John is here caring for Chris and Elise is preparing to make some rice krispy treats. Yummy!

Well, here is a bit more about our trip to Firenze. Enjoy!

12 Oct 12

We started the day off at around 10:30am this morning after having slept quite well. It is drizzling rain right now and it rained most of the night. That is what kept the street guys from drinking beer across the street and it kept the trattoria goers below us away as well.

We continued our morning routine. Then we decided to go to wash clothes and do a little shopping today. The laundromat is about a block from our B&B. It cost us $7 euros to wash and $3.50euros to dry. It took 30 minutes for each cycle.

After we took our clothes back to our room we headed for the bus and the train station. We found out the costs and times for each heading to Siena, Rome, Pisa and Livorno. After that we walked around with no set place to go.

We stopped for a beer and a panini break. Delicious. Prior to that we grabbed some gelato, need I say more? Yum!!

We continued our walk, and we walked, and walked until about 4:30pm. We stopped at a trattoria that had spaghetti and meatballs (which Elise had craving for). I got the lasagna and we each had a glass of vino. We relaxed enjoyed our meal and we people watched.

The name of the trattoria was "Bocca Dama". It means mouth draught. After our meal we headed for our B&B and we got lost again, but we arrived back at the B&B sore and full, smile!

Elise's feet were bothering her and her leg hurting as well. So we were in for the night. We rested and read our Kindles until it was light's out. Another good day in Italia.

Flo and John, these are special rice krispy treats are very special ones, smile!
