Sunday is a Fun Day! How are you? I started the day off at 4:45am looking in on Chris and getting him settled. Elise is not in her cave this morning and she is as quite as a mouse. She will be up soon to care for Chris. Any plans for today?

The coffee is good and I am looking at another hot crossed bun, but I will wait until after we return from breakfast at Teresa's. We are going to meet our daughter Kim there this morning.

How did your St. Paddy's Day go? We had dinner at Feast and it was great. We shared a bottle of red from California called "Slingshot" and it was very good. Elise had the corned beef and cabbage. I had a cup of Asiago soup, Pork Osso Buco, glazed with sarsaparilla and sassafrass, served with foie and asparagus custard and spiced chicharrones. It was fantastic! I had my doubts about the custard but it had me wanting more. It surprised Elise that I liked it that well and me too! For dessert we shared a Vanilla Goat Cheese Flan with berries, and we had hot coffee to go along with. A good evening out for St. Paddy's Day.

Rosie will be here this evening to care for Chris. We will meet up with Paula and Marty, Stu and Shoo, and Jane and John for dinner at Zemans. It should be a festive evening filled with good food, good conversation and great friends. The vino will be flowing nicely for sure, smile!
