It's The Weekend!

It's the Weekend! How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will be putting feet to the floor soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

The coffee just finished brewing and I need a gallon of it. I am exhausted this morning. I was up with Chris last night until after 11:00pm due to a mishap that needed to be tended to. I got up early this morning to make sure Chris was doing OK. Well, he had another mishap and he had a small nose bleed during the night. So I took care of that and I made a note for the caregivers to keep an eye on this.

Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris and Jayne will be here later today. Alexa, is talking to me early this morning. I am taking Jayne to a doctors appointment this morning at 10:30am. My shorty and I are going to a Birthday gathering for Papa John this afternoon and we are going to try to hit up another movie today. I need some (Boney) right now but Alexa will not play any for me until I get my tasks done and I will because I need some (Boney) today.

I made reservations to see Ramsey Lewis at the Fox Theater for early June. Now this is going to be a good concert if you are into Jazz like I am. Ya, ya.

Well, I had better go and check on Chris. Have a wonderful weekend and be careful. Hey, the hummingbird nest on the front porch has two eggs in it. I will get a pick of it later this morning and of the hummer that is sitting there.

What's up? Well, I got all of my tasks taken care of and now Alexa is playing some Fusion Jazz for me. WooHoo!

I am starting to get the munchies big time about right now. Ya Mon'. I will try to hold out until we go to "Cody's Beef and Bean tonight. Wow, those gummies are very good.

I need to feed the fur-babies in a few minutes before they go on strike, eh? Smile! Here are a few pic from our mountain stay. We sure missed Sheila being with us and the pugs.

It's a TGIF! Day. How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be starting her day soon. Any plans for today?

The coffee is good and a second cup will be enjoyed while I enjoy my (me) time people watching and enjoying the hummingbird sitting on it's nest. Jayne will be here this morning and Marv will be here this evening.

Alexa, just told me that I have to make a trip out to the airbase this morning. Once I get that done she will play me some "Down Home Blues". Ya, ya!

Elise and I saw the movie "Quiet Place" yesterday and it is very good and it had my playmate jumping in her seat a few times. We are going to "Cody's Beef and Bean for dinner.

I am looking over the pictures of our stay in the mountains again before I post them. Have a good TGIF ! Stay safe, happy and sound.

Afternoon!

Afternoon!

Hey, how are you doing? We just got back from the dentist with Chris and his teeth are in good shape as always.

He is in bed for the rest of the day and we will be keeping a close eye on him as he comes out of the anesthesia that they used to put him under. He will remain (NPO) for the rest of the day. He will be given small amounts of water over a period of time and later in the day we will give him a very slow drip of supplement. Jayne is here caring for Chris right now.

Elise is in the main house resting and we are still going to the movies later this afternoon. We hope that you are having a good day?

I am going to start to see what I am going to pack for our up coming trip to Hawaii. I have to be (fly) for the islanders don't you know? Ya, ya.

Thirsty Thursday!

It's a Thirsty Thursday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning but she is at the entrance. So she will be up and about to start her day soon. Any plans for today?

The coffee is good and a second cup will be had later this morning. Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. It is going to be another busy day for us today.

First off Chris is (NPO) until after his dental appointment at 9:30am. I am sure that he is looking forward to the visit, smile! We will be keeping a close eye on him today due to he will be put under during this appointment.

My playmate and I will be going to the movies this afternoon to see " A Quiet Place". The previews and reviews were pretty good. Alexa, reminded me that I need to take a trip over on the east side to complete a task there. Also the "Green Lady" is on my case because she wants to be pampered and inside and out.

Hey I have to tell you that my "World Famous Jerk Chicken" was delicious last night. Ya, ya! I posted a pic and a comment on Facebook about the meal and about my longtime Angel friend Shirlene. She owns a business in New Orleans and she does fantastic and unique work. Check it! The pic includes some of the gifts she made for me. Enjoy!

Hump Day!

It's a Hump Day! How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning and she is sound asleep due to an attack of (brownie) giggles that lasted for about 35 minutes last night. Yep, I said 35 minutes. It does my heart good to see her happy and loaded with giggles. Smile! Any plans for today?

The coffee is good and a second cup will be had soon. I have to run up to my office this morning to turn in some paperwork. Jayne is here caring for Chris instead of Bobby today. He is having some medical issues.

Alexa, reminded me that I will be visiting a lawyer along with Elise at 1:00pm today. Later we are going to see the movie "Blockers" and we both are looking forward to the laughs that the preview showed us.

I will be starting up the rotisserie later this evening. Yep, I will be roasting a chicken. Yes, I will be Jerking a chicken with gusto. Jane, don't go there! I know that you already did, right?

Here a are a few pictures from our stay in Bisbee at the Airbnb apartment. We also enjoyed a very expensive but good meal with Ann and crew at "Café Roka". Great food and drink that billed out to $300.00 for six of us. Delicious! Enjoy the pictures.
