Buon Sabato!  How are you doing today? It is another hot morning here in the valley of Tucson. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Seattle Portside Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a busy day today. 

Today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will once again be in the (cucina), tossing around pots and pans.

Today's fare is Rotisserie Jerk Chicken. My Sous will decide what sides goes best with it. I will be donning some gloves to prepare this one. 

Yes, gloves because I will be using Scotch Bonnet Peppers and Habanero Peppers. Ya Mon'. I will have on hand a couple of cold (birras) as well, because it is going to get hot in the (cucina). My Sous will select the proper libation to go with it. I wish we had some Red Stripe Beer.

While I am out and about, I may pick up a six pack of Red Stripe from Total Wine.

My playmate and I will be ready for tonight's NBA Finals game. Go Knicks!
