Buon Sabato! How are you doing? It is a nice, sunny morning here in the valley of Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Colombian Blend, and a second cup will be downed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is Chefs Day. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
I just got back from running a couple of errands out on the airbase.
Here is my latest rock creation. My playmate is almost finished with hers.
Yes, today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be in the (cucina) tossing around pots and pans.
The fare for this evening is Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, and Peas. My Sous will select the proper libation to go with the meal.
