Buon Giovedi! Sete Giovedi!  How are you doing? It is a nice, clear morning here in the valley of Tucson. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Morning Blend, and a second cup will be downed at "Gus Balons" along with a good breakfast.  Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today. I asked her to play some music to cook by. Yes, today is Chefs Day.

My Sous Chef and I will be back in the (cucina) tossing around pots and pans. The menu for today will be "Air Fryer Italian Meatballs, with Mashed Potatoes or Rice. My Sous will select the proper libation to go with the meal.

We played "Wii" games yesterday afternoon and we didn't do well at all. 

We will be hitting up "El Con Mall" to see the movie "Shelby Oaks". It is going to be a good one.
