Buon Sabato! How are you? It is a nice, sunny morning here in Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Colombian Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be (super) busy for my shorty and me. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
Yes, today is Chefs Day! My Sous Chef and I will be back in the (cucina). We will be smoking up the (cucina) and tossing around pots and pans.
Today's fare will be "Spaghetti with a Meat Sauce". My Sous will select the proper libation to go along with the meal.
Today we will be cleaning chairs in the dining room and the Family room.
I will be making my "World Famous Jalapeno Tuna Dip". I am making it for tomorrows video game day. We will be playing games for hours while we enjoy the dip with Frito Scoops. Of course, "Jack Daniels with Coke" will be plentiful.
We will stop playing video games for a bit tomorrow to watch our "Chiefs" play football. After the game is over, we will resume playing video games.
Well, I had better get this Sabato moving forward. Have a good Sabato. Stay safe and I will chat at you later.
