Buon Lunedi! How are you doing? It is a nice, sunny morning here in the valley of Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Pikes Place Blend, and a second cup will be downed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she reminded us that we have an appointment to get the latest Covid and Flu Shots this morning. I asked her to play some "Fusion Jazz" for me today.
I am working on my latest rock. Here is my playmates latest rock creation.
Well, Chef Day was delicious. We enjoyed a nice "Pot Roast with Yukon Potatoes, Carrots and Onions". The libation that my Sous selected was a nice 'Jack Daniels and Coke". Spot on.
We watched our Kansas City Chiefs lose to the Eagles. It was a good game, and we are sure that they will win the next game.
