Buon Giovedi! Sete Giovedi! How are you doing? It is a hot, mostly sunny day here in Tucson. Any plans for today?
The coffee is a good Italian Blend; a second cup will be downed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that today is Chefs Day. I asked her to play some music to cook by.
I went to my playmate's doctor's appointment. She is going to have an MRI for her back pain.
We enjoyed a good breakfast at "Alice's this morning. We are going to different restaurants because "Gus Balon's" is closed until the first week of August.
Today is the "Good Trouble Rally at Reid Park.
Here is the rock that is in the hood. We will start new rocks soon.
Yes, today is Chefs Day. My Sous and I will be in the (cucina) this afternoon. We will be preparing Deep Fried Catfish, French Fries, Homemade Tater Sauce and some Tabasco. My Sous will select the proper libation to go along with the meal.
Here is a pic of my longtime friend and neighbor Gisela, Hartmut, and Amaru. They reside in Alten-Buseck, Germany.
Well, I had better get my apron and Chef's hat out so I can be ready for the (cucina) this afternoon.

La pioggia è stata un ottimo refrigerio. Speriamo che ne arrivi ancora.
