How are you doing so far on this sunny Domenica? We are doing ok.

Our breakfast at the "Egg Connection" was great. I even had a New York Steak with my eggs this morning... Ya Mon'.

Mia Moglie is out grocery shopping, and I am sure that she will hit up the yogurt shop as well.

We will be visiting our friend Deb's new home for an Open House today. She now lives one block over from us.

I just got back from giving "Bellezza Nera" a good wash inside and out. She now has a huge smile on her name plate.

Today is Chefs Day. My Sous Chef and I will be in the (cucina), burning and smoking up the (cucina). The menu for today is Oven Baked Center Cut Pork Chops and Chicken Breasts. To accompany the meal, we will have Parmesan Risotto. My Sous will select the proper libation to go with the meal. Are you getting hungry yet.

On a sad note. If you could please say a prayer or two for our dear friend Donna. She had a seizure last night and she is now in hospital. I knew something was wrong when she didn't say Good Morning to me like she does every day without fail. So, I called our friend Rebecca to see if she knew anything about her. She texted me back saying that she had, had a seizure. Thank you.

Please whenever I contact you and I ask how you are doing please don't take offense. Some people I know do just that. I am just trying to show you that I care about you is all.

Well, I had better get into the main house and smoke up the (cucina). Have a good Domenica and I will chat at you later.
