The coffee is a good Rainforest Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that I don't have any tasks to complete today.  I asked her to play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

Our staycation went well up in Tempe. The normal underlying family drama was present as usual. I will post more about our get-away after I review the photos that taken.

Mia Moglie will be preparing Black eyed Peas with Ham and Cornbread for our traditional (Capodanno) dinner. Yes, there will be champagne at the ready.

Speaking of champagne, I will be receiving a case of it today. Chin, chin!

How are you? Is your Sabato going well? We just got back from having a good breakfast at the "Egg Connection".

HAPPY KWANZAA AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.

We will be rechecking our packing for our staycation that starts this afternoon.

We will have our cell phones and tablets with us. We will return on Monday.

How is your TGIF going so far?  It has been a good one here so far.

I got my suitcase out and I will load it up this afternoon. Mia Moglie is all set to (get wheels rolling). Not quite sure of what time we will be leaving tomorrow.

Well, I have my new gaming laptop all set up and running. I need to transfer some games to it from our old laptop.

My playmate just left for her doctor's appointment. When she returns, we will make our way to Park Mall to see the movie "Babygirl".

I will start my latest rock shortly. I have to have it done before New Years Day. 

I ordered a case of Champagne through Naked Wines that I belong to. It was going to be delivered tomorrow while we were away, so I changed the delivery date to the 31st. Gotta have some of the (bubbly) on hand for New Years. Ya Mon'.

I will be working on a new rock today if time allows. My playmate may start hers today as well.

We are going to hit Park Mall to see the movie "Babygirl". The previews looked very good.

I received a brand-new HP Laptop as a Christmas gift from my shorty. I will set it up today.

We dined on Leo's takeaway that was gifted to us by my girlfriend Shoo Shoo. Of course, s few margaritas were downed too. Thank you Shoo! Burp!

We hope that your Christmas was the best ever. We enjoyed a special Christmas Brunch hosted by my fidanzata. Jay and Capo Jim were present for this spectacular event. The brunch spread was major and very delicious, from the start to the fantastic dessert. After the fine meal we played a Yahtzee. I had to be refreshed on how to play the game. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas morning.

We returned home and we began to open up the gifts under our tree. Mia Moglie exchanged gifts, and it was great, but there was no Chris there to laugh and smile at us. Chris loved to open his gifts, and it was not the same without him. 

Later in the day when watched our Chiefs play football. Yes, the Chiefs beat the Steelers. We had to harass our daughter Kim who was for the Steelers., Go Chiefs, 15 and 1.

My shorty and I will be starting our New Years rock today.

We will be starting to pack for our family Christmas in Tempe. We will be in Tempe from the 28th to the 3oth. Our niece Sara and hubby Matt are hosting this event. While we are there, we will see JT and Nate.

The coffee is a good Jamaican Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later. I am enjoying a nice Apple Caramel Tart with my coffee this morning.  Alexa is awake and she said that today is going to be a busy one but filled with joy and happiness with friends that we love dearly.

We want to wish you all a very, very Buon Natale!  We hope that this day is filled with love. This Christmas is not the same without Chris, Sorella Jayne, and all of our loved ones that we have lost, but they are here with us always.

Here is Mia Moglie opening up her Birthday Gifts yesterday. 

Yesterday was Chefs Day. I prepared a Birthday Dinner for my playmate. We enjoyed "Prime Rib, Baked Potatoes, Sweet Peas, Salad, Apple Caramel Tarts, and of course Jack and Coke. It was delicious and we were stuffed!

We will be working on rocks for New Years soon. Hey, our "Chiefs will be playing football today. Go Chiefs!

We will be having (brunch) with Mia Fidanzata, Capo Jim, and Jay later this morning. It is going to be Epic and filled with pure (love). 

On the 28th and 29th we will be in Tempe to celebrate Elise's birthday and Christmas with the family. Hopefully the drama will be kept to a minimum, smile!

Yes, today is Chefs Day. I will be celebrating Elise's birthday and cooking up a special dinner for her on her day. The special meal will consist of "Prime Rib with Baked Potatoes, sweet peas, real horseradish, and Apple Tarts for dessert. The birthday girl will select the proper libation to go along with the meal. Yummy!

Buon Lunedi!  How are you doing? It is a nice, sunny morning here in Tucson. Any plans for today?

The coffee is a good Holiday Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she said that I have a few errands to take care of today.  I asked her to play some "Funk Jazz" for me today.

Here is my playmate's latest rock. Enjoy! I will be putting rocks out in the hood later this morning. We will be creating a New Years rock soon.

I have to make a trip to Walgreens today to pick up a birthday card for Mia Moglie to go along with the birthday gifts that I have for her.

Tomorrow I will take the "Prime Rib" out of the freezer for seasoning. After seasoning I will let it rest in the fridge for 24 hours before I prepare it for cooking. We will enjoy this "Prime Rib" on Christmas Day with all of the fixings. Yummy!

We will be getting our suitcases out again for a staycation in Tempe. On the 28th and 29th we will have the family Christmas gathering. Our niece Sara and hubby Matt will be hosting it this year. Hope Sara will be up to it since she is recovering for surgery a few days ago. My shorty and I will be staying at TownePlace Suites in Tempe for two nights. To be honest it will not be the same without Chris and Sorella Jayne here.

We will be watching Monday Night Football this evening.

How are you doing? We just got back from enjoying a good breakfast at the "Egg Connection". 

We decided to pay it forward this morning. We purchased a breakfast for a homeless young lady who was standing outside of the "Egg Connection". We have paid it forward for her at "Leo's" a few months back. We are blessed to be able to do that and it made her happy.

We are glad that our "Chiefs" won yesterday and that makes them 14 and 1. Woohoo! There are tons of football games on today to include my homies the Detroit Lions. Go Lions! Go Cardinals!

We be out and about today with various things we have to get done. I believe I will have to (DVR) the football games.

Our niece is back at home in Tempe recovering from her abdominal surgery. We are waiting to hear more from her and what she needs.

All of the gifts have been placed under the tree. Here take a look.

My Sous Chef and I are preparing our recipe for our Christmas dinner. We will prepare "Prime Rib" with baked potatoes and sweet peas and of course we will have some real horseradish to clear our eyes and sinuses. Yummy!

SANTA IS STUCK!

On the 24th of December is my shorty's birthday and we are looking forward to that. This Christmas will not be the same without Chris and Sorella Jayne here to celebrate with us.  It has been a rough few months for us. We are taking things one day at a time.

We are in the planning stage for a cruise to the Panama Canal in the near future and we are also planning a road trip to the Midwest area.

As many of you know I am a Certified Life Coach. I have learned so many things just by listening and watching people. One of my favorite new learned skills is I have noticed when people think that they know it all and think they have a lot of wisdom and bring it forward, that they know the least. I love this and I see it every day. I am not a talker, but I am a listener and an observer I find out about who you are by not saying a word.

We played "Wii" games yesterday. We didn't do well at all because we haven't played in a while. It was a lot of fun though.

We are starting the day off with sadness. Our dear friend (Ginger) passed away this morning at 2:10am. We send our deepest condolences to the family and many friends.

I will be dropping my latest rock creation in the hood this morning. I will post it soon. My playmate is still working on her latest rock.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at the "Outback" with Cleo and Alphonso. It was good to see them, and we got caught up on the latest. The food was delicious and so were the "Walla B Darns".  Great evening, thank you.

I asked her to play some "Down Home Blues" for me today. I had to make an early morning trip to the post office due to the mail that was placed in the mailbox yesterday was not picked up. A (SNAFU) indeed. Hope that doesn't happen again today.

I will be wrapping presents again today and tomorrow. Many are already placed under the tree.

I will be completing my latest rock today. My playmate is still working on hers.

Mia Moglie treated me to a nice dinner last night from her book club meeting. I enjoyed House Fried Rice. It was delicious.

We received a wonderful Christmas gift from my girlfriend Edwina. It is a very tasty package from Harry and David. My girlfriends are special indeed. Thank you, Edwina.
