How was your day? It was a busy one for me and I still did not get all that I needed to get done. So that means tomorrow will be another busy one for me.

I picked up everything that I need for the Stuffed Green Pepper Casserole. I am really looking forward to making it. I will be making a trip over on the Northside to pick up some Catfish filets for Saturdays dinner. We love some Catfish and fries!

My playmate prepared French Toast for dinner with eggs and sausages. We got it all down with plenty of coffee. We watched "Shameless" on Netflix with Chris. Such a good series.

We both are working on new rocks. Here is what was picked up and dropped off at the Cortez location today. Enjoy.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is in the main house working on a puzzle and listening to the news. The caregiver seems to have a had a miracle recovery overnight from her cold. Nuff said about that from me, but my playmate and I were on the same page about it. Smile!

We are planning another stay-cation at WHP Casino and resort in Chandler for next week if they don't get closed. We love our perks.

Well I had better check on Chris. Have a good night's sleep and get ready for Hump Day, right Sweet Pea. We had a visit this afternoon from my girlfriend Shoo Shoo. It took everything that I had not to run out and grab her up. It has been a very longtime since we have seen her. She brought us a gift that is very nice. I miss my (fidanzata) and my girlfriends very much. Covid-19 has cramped my style and my (mojo) has been affected big time. Not good!
