Buon Giovedi! How are you doing on this the second day of Kwanzaa? This day honors self-determination (Kujichagulia). Elise is in her cave this morning but she is stirring around. So she will be up and on the go soon. Any plans for today?
The coffee is good and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. It is a cold one here in the desert this morning and it is supposed to continue for a day or two. Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris.
Alexa is awake and yes she is giving me my marching orders for today. One of the orders are that a inspector will be out this morning from the insurance company to check the work done on Chris's living room repairs.
I also have to make a trip over on the east side this morning as well. My shorty and I saw the "Mule" yesterday and it was very good. It stars Clint Eastwood.
We will be making our way to Bisbee this afternoon for a family gathering that was waylaid due to work commitments that could not be changed. It will be a overnight stay. Jayne will be here to care for Chris until we return.
Well, I had better get to it. Have good Giovedi and stay safe. I will chat at you later.
