It's a Monday! How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:45am caring for Chris. Elise is in her cave this morning, and it doesn't look like she will be putting feet to the floor anytime soon. Any plans for this President's Day?
The coffee is working it's magic this morning. I will prepare a small salad and a extra thick smoothie for later in the day.
I have no plans for today as of yet except to have a document notarized. It is another nice warm morning here in Tucson.
We had a very nice dinner last night with Paula and Marty at "Zemams". The food was really, really good and the (injera) was nice and spongy. It is always a pleasure to dine at "Zemams" with the crew. Thank you Paula and Marty.
Well, I had better get busy with Chris. Have a great President's Day. Enjoy and stay safe.
