    TGIF! How are you doing? I started the day off at 4:40am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be putting feet to the floor soon. Any plans for today?

    On a sad note, Elise and were informed that our dear friend Sally passed away yesterday peacefully in her home. Tucson has lost a true angel! Sally was a very exciting, caring, loving, a joy to be around and to know. We wish the family,friends,our deepest condolences. Sally the angel will be missed deeply.

    Elise and I went to the "Loft" to see the live showing of the "Audience" starring Helen Mirren. What a wonderful performance, she was at the height of her game. It was fantastic!

    Marv will be here this evening to care for Chris. We are going to meet up with Jane,John,Shoo and Stu at the Monterey Court for dinner and a live concert. It will be a fun filled evening without a doubt.

    The coffee is good this morning but my banana, chocolate, peanut butter and whey smoothie is spot on. Delicious!

    Well, I had better get busy with Chris. I will post more pics from our stay in San Francisco later this morning. Have a good TGIF!
