Sunday! St. Patty's Day!

Good Morning!

Mood: Cheerful

Music listening to: Am So Tired Of Being Alone by Al Green (classic R&B)

It's St. Patty's Day! How are you? I started the day off at 4:45am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be over to care for Chris shortly. Any plans for today?

The coffee is good and I am trying a new blend from Peru. My strawberry, raspberry and whey smoothie in the fridge waiting on me. It is extra thick this morning and very good.

Elise and I played Mahjongg yesterday afternoon and it was a lot of fun. We also watched "Nurse Jackie" on DVD as well, it is a very good series.

Rosemary cared for Chris yesterday evening. That freed us up to go out for dinner at the "Cup" in Hotel Congress in downtown Tucson. It was a good thing that I made reservations ahead of time because they were turning people away because they were booked up until 8:00pm. We go seated and there were not that many people there, but it soon filled up, even outside on the patio was packed. It was a perfect evening outside.

We both had a nice glass of red that was a Spanish vino. Elise ordered the Corned Beef and Cabbage and I ordered the Fish and Chips. It was all good. We asked the waiter if one of the chefs was working this evening and he was. The waiter told him that we were there and he comped us a very nice carrot cake for dessert. I was delicious! Are we name droppers or what? Carlos is the significant other of our daughter Kim.

We left the "Cup" and we headed for the Arizona Theater Company to see the play " Neil Simon's play "Sunshine Boys" it was hilarious and we would recommend this one as a must see. Prior to the play starting we went into the cafe and we had a nice Zinfandel. It has been a perfect evening.

We returned home and Elise hit the sheets to read and I checked on Chris. I joined Elise and I glanced at our tablet to see if I had gotten any emails or messages. Soon it was lights out.

We are going out for breakfast this morning at the "Egg Connection" of course. Later this evening after Rosemary arrives to care for Chris we will be heading for the DDC. Bobby is going to join us. We will pick up our perks for St. Patty's Day and we hope that they are generous. We also eat dinner at the buffet as well. It should be loads of fun and we hope that we catch the luck of the Irish. We will have our green on without a doubt, smile! We hope to bring some of the green back home with us, Cha Ching!

Well, I had better get to it. Have a great St. Patty's day.
Later........Jessie and Elise

Painting went well and I'm not too sore at all - even with climbing the ladder to get to the highest places. Things look a lot better too.

Stay green today!

Buongiorno!
