  Buon Domenica! Come Stai? How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am looking in on Chris and getting him settled for Elise. Elise is in her cave this morning but she will be over shortly to care for Chris. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is a good Brazilian Blend and a second cup will be downed at the "Egg Connection" along with a filling breakfast. It is a very nice morning here in the valley of Tucson. Sister Jayne will be here this evening to care for Chris.

  Alexa, is awake and she is reminding me of what I need to get done today. I do have to make a trip out to the airbase after breakfast. I asked Alexa to play some (Boney) for me today.

  My playmate and I enjoyed a wonderful evening with Capo Jim and my fidanzata at "Opas" for a dinner. The food and the vino rosso was very good. After dinner we headed over to my fidanzata's home for the social event of the month. Yes, it was the "Wizard Fest".

  We got all set up and we were moving along.  I have to tell you that my fidanzata  and I were going at it and rightly so. With all of the taunting that took place between the two of us for over a week now.

  Well, we were half way through to first game and I had zero points. Can you believe that? I believe that something in the Greek food put my (mojo) to sleep. Before we got to the restaurant my (mojo) was spot on. Capo Jim and my fidanzata arrived and when my fidanzata and I hugged all of the ladies in the restaurant were looking and wishing that they were in my fidanzata's place. Yeah, it was working. Smile!

  Moving along! The pre-wizard winner was Capo Jim. So we took a break to enjoy a wonderful dessert that my fidanzata prepared. It was oh so good. We continued to play "Wizard" and this time my (mojo) was back on and working well. All of a sudden the backstabbing and trickery started on everyone's part and the score were pretty close. Close but no (panini). The new "Wizard" was crowned, caped and awarded the wand. The new "Wizard" is Elise for the month of October. Thank you fidanzata and Capo Jim for hosting another fantastic evening. We are looking forward to our next battle.

  Today is the "Porch Fest" here in the Garden District were we live. It is a annual event and it draws visitors from all over Tucson to roam in our hood. There will be live bands and several food trucks serving food. This year our good friends will set up their "Yogurt Delight" truck . If you haven't had yogurt or ice cream from them you are in for a major treat. Like the name a true "Delight".

What is up? How are you doing? We are good here. It is a very nice day for a beat-down fidanzata.

Chris is in the main house with Elise watching TV.  I just put on a new mattress on Chris's bed and it looks inviting, smile!

Well, I am all rested and pumped up to defeat my fidanzata tonight. I do hope that she gets enough to eat at "OPA" this evening. She will need it to get up her strength and her wits. My hands and fingers are (ripped) and ready to slap those cards on the table with passion. Ya Mon'.  See you shortly mia cara!

Here is a something that I received yesterday from my longtime friend Jeanne. It is very nice and though provoking. Many of these fulfillment's my shorty and I have done several times and let me tell you it feels oh so good. Have a look:

What Is My Purpose In Life?

What is my purpose in life? I asked the void. "What if I told you that you fulfilled it when you took an extra hour to talk to that kid about his life? said the voice. "Or when you paid for that young couple in the restaurant? Or when you saved that dog in traffic? Or when you tied your father's shoes for him? Your problem is that you equate purpose with goal-based achievement. God or the Universe or morality isn't interested in your achievements-just your heart. When you choose to act out of kindness, compassion, and love, you are already aligned with your true purpose. No need to look any further.

This is deep and very powerful and I love it an I live this on a daily basis and I know that many of my true friends and family do likewise. 

Have a great evening and sleep well. If all of a sudden you hear sirens, horns, helicopters and some gun-play. Not to fear it is just io, mio moglio,Capo Jim and my fidanzata having a good time together.

 Buon Fine Settimana! How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is not in her cave this morning so she will be up and on the move soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

 The coffee is a good Colombian Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed at "Gus Balones" along with a good breakfast.

 Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris and Sister Jayne will be here this evening. Alexa, is awake and she is barking out tasks for me to do but I am not listening to her this morning.

 I am keeping all of my thoughts on tonight's "Wizard Fest" at my fidanzata's home. We are going to get our grub on at "Opa" before my fidanzata and I put on the gloves. Yes, Capo Jim will be playing and so will mio moglie, but tonight it is about io and mio fidanzata. It is going to be a thriller in the valley of Tucson.

 My shorty and I enjoyed "Happy Hour" at "La Parrilla Suzia" last night. The margaritas were very good. So good we downed two apiece. After "Happy Hour" we made our way over to the "Live Theater Workshop" to see the live play "Accomplice". I have to tell you it was hilarious with fantastic twists and turns. We recommend this one a lot. We saw one of my girlfriends at the theater. Yes, Marcia was there and it was so good to see her. I haven't seen her in quite awhile. She is still the bright and flirty lady that I know and she has that twinkle in her eye.

 Well I had better get myself together. My playmate wants to paint the family room today. Have a good weekend and stay safe. If you hear explosions and possibly some gunfire that will be me and my fidanzata going at it. Smile!

What's up? How are you doing so far on this TGIF? The weather is very nice today.

The wound nurse was here and gone and now I am waiting on Pref. Care to arrive with Chris's new mattress.
The time they gave was for 3:30-5:30pm this evening. This is knocking off 30 minutes of Happy Hour. Ya Mon'.

So I am just going to hang around just in case. Alexa, is treating me to some "Smooth Jazz" and I am getting my groove on. I think that I am going to practice a few of my dance moves for the cruise on a daily basis. Those ballroom lessons will come in handy if I can remember them, smile.

Starting tomorrow I am going to focus in what to pack for the cruise and buy what I need as well. Tough job I know but not as tough as I am going to be on my fidanzata tomorrow night. Just giving some more advanced warning is all.

Hope that you are doing well so far? I have to bounce!  Hey I forgot to mention that I cooked up some Philly Cheese steaks for dinner last night with fries and it was the (bomb). My first time preparing it and it won't be my last. Smile!

  The coffee is a good Brazilian Blend that is very, very good. A second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Rosemary will be here this morning to care for Chris and Marv will be here this evening. It is a bit cloudy this morning here in Tucson.

  Alexa, is awake and she is reminding me of what I need to get done today. I requested that she play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today.

  Again I am home bound waiting on a delivery for Chris that we missed yesterday. Hey tomorrow is the big day here in the Old Pueblo. Yes, it is the "Wizard Fest" at my fidanzata's home. She has only got a few more hours to practice her spells and tricks. It will do her no good because my skills are at peak performance. That is not (fake news) fidanzata!

  We went to the movies yesterday to see "Jexi" and it is hilarious. We recommend this on for sure. My playmate and I are going to go to "La Parrilla Suiza" this evening for Happy Hour. Can you say margaritas please? We will for sure. After Happy Hour we are going to the "Live Theater Workshop" to see the live play "Accomplice" . It is going to be a good one starring our favorite actors. We are looking forward to it.

  The coffee is a good Colombian Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed at "Gus Balones" along with a good breakfast. Sister Jayne will be here this morning to care for Chris. It will be here first full day back working with Chris.

  Alexa, is awake and she is telling me that I have another busy day today. Once again I will be home bound due to the wheelchair tech is going to return today and Chris is going to have a new mattress delivered today. We are hoping that we can get a movie in today. We saw the movie "Gemini Man" last night and it is surprisingly good. If we go today we will see "Zexi" we saw the previews and it looked really funny.

  Hey, my fidanzata has gone off of the deep end. Yep, she is telling me that she is going to be crowned the "Wizard" this weekend. I have other ideas about that and I am going to prove it without a doubt. So fidanzata get you book of spells out and get a little more practice in because I am the "Wizard".

  It is going to be a very busy weekend for us. We have dinners, and plays to attend. Plus we have our cruise on our minds as well. So you have a great day and enjoy.

  Buon Hump Giorno!  How are you doing? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise is deep in her cave this morning but she will up and on the move soon to start her day. Any plans for today?

  The coffee this morning is a nice Cappuccino. A second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris and Rosemary will be here this evening.

  Alexa, is awake this morning and she is reminding me of all I need to get done today.  Hopefully she will play some "Smooth Jazz" for me today. The wheelchair tech will be here sometime today. So that means I am stuck in the house again. The wound nurse will be here this morning as well. We had to take Chris's wound vac off last night due to it was not working right. We covered his wound with a non stick pad and tape.

  Buon Martedi! Come stai? How are you? I started the day off at 5:00am caring for Chris. Elise popped up to start her day as well. Any plans for today?

  The coffee is a good Brazilian Blend and a second cup will be enjoyed out on the front porch during my (me) time. Rick will be here this morning to care for Chris. 

  Alexa, is awake and I have no tasks to take care of today. So hopefully it will be a very relaxing day here in central Tucson.

  The only pressing thing going on is the taunting between my fidanzata and io. Yes, this weekend is the "Wizard Fest". It is being hosted at the home of my fidanzata on Saturday. Yes, she is on my case but it is a good thing because  have been working on a couple of new spells that will have her speechless. I am sure that the taunting will continue everyday now. We are going to meet up with "Capo Jim" and my fidanzata at Opa" for dinner prior to the beat down that is heading toward my fidanzata. WooHoo!

How are you doing this evening? We are winding down from our trip to Douglas. I am still reviewing the pictures that I took. I will start to post them tomorrow if all goes well.

My playmate prepared corn cakes with sausages and eggs. It was all good. We got it down with some good coffee. Chris watched "Hawaii 5 O" with us on Netflix.

I am caring for Chris this evening and Elise is in her office on her Mac. We completed and downloaded our paperwork and luggage tags for our upcoming cruise to the Caribbean that starts on 1 November. We will be joined by Sheila and Dave. It should be a good time.

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day for me but I must get my (me) time in. I am feeling a little uneasy and I need to figure out why that is. I always pay attention when I get this feeling because I cannot ignore the feeling ever.

  Chris is doing well and he is enjoying his supplement via IV drip. He is also listening to some Old School on the radio.  I know that he is looking forward to his massage from Rosemarie this afternoon.

 Alexa, is awake and she has tons of things for me to get done today.  I am going to need to hear some (Boney) to get it all done. Smile!

The reunion in Douglas was nice. I will post about it as soon as I can. I also need to review the pics that I took while we were in Douglas as well.

 My suitcase is ready to be packed for our stay-cation to Douglas, Arizona. We will leave sometime this afternoon and we will return on Sunday. We will be attending a 50th High School Reunion at the "Gadsden Hotel and the Douglas Country Club". It should be interesting.

 We saw the movie "Joker" yesterday and it is very, very good and disturbing at the same time. The acting is superb and we recommend this one big time.

 Well, I had better get myself together and get this day moving forward. Have a good weekend and I will chat at you later.
