The coffee is a good Jamaican Blend, and a second cup will be enjoyed later this morning. Alexa is awake and she reminded me that we will be running a few errands today on the eastside. I asked her to play some "Down Home Blues" for me today.

My playmate is working on her latest rock, and I am going to start a new one.

Our evening at the "Cup Cafe" in downtown Tucson was wonderful. We enjoyed a very good dinner before we went to the "Fox Theatre" to see Jesse Cook in concert.

My playmate and I will be playing "Wii" games this afternoon.

We saw the movie "Substance" starring Demi Moore. This was a weird one, but we loved it. The make-up work was fantastic.

Buon Giovedi!  Sete Giovedi!  How are you doing? It is a sleepless, cold early morning here in Tucson.  Any plans for today?

No coffee yet but I will get a fresh pot going for sure. Alexa is not awake, so I have to wait to for her to wake up and to give me my marching orders.

I am awake because I am feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and way out of sorts. I had a dream that I was being squeezed by a Python, and I could not move, and I was losing air. Sounds weird but I am just stressed is all.

My playmate and I enjoyed a good evening at "Oregano's. The thin crust pizza was delicious and so were the cold "Moretti" Birras. We worked on a crossword like always, but we had a hard time with this one. For dessert we enjoyed a couple of "Bellini's". They were spot on.

We saw the movie "Brutalist" at Park Place, and it was very good but over 3 hours long. It had a 15-minute intermission.

We will be hitting up "Gus Balons" for breakfast and coffee at around 8:30am this morning. 

We will be going to "El Con Mall" to see the movie "Substance". The previews looked really good.

I will be starting a new rock if time permits. This evening, we are going downtown to the "Cup" for dinner. We were going to meet Cleo and Alphonso for dinner, but they are busy at the "Gem Show". After dinner we will meet them at the "Fox Theater" to see Jesse Cook in concert. He is very good.

Well, I had better try the pillow again. I don't want to keep Elise awake with my tossing and turning. If need be, I will stretch out in "Dew Drop Inn" room #2.

My shorty and I will be bouncing into "Oreganos" for dinner this evening. We will enjoy a good thin crust pizza, Moretti birras, and Bellini's for dessert. Woohoo, (mangiamo).

I will be starting my latest rock today. It will be a Superbowl rock. My playmate is going start her Superbowl rock soon.

Oh, what to do with no NFL football to watch is a puzzlement, smile! I guess we could binge streaming movies.

I think I need to think about a "Chefs Day" in the near future. Yes, that is the ticket.

We enjoyed some "Popeyes Chicken and Red Beans and Rice for dinner while we watched the Eagles and Chiefs win. These two teams will be in the Superbowl. My playmate is going for the Chiefs, and I will go for the Eagles. So, the bet is on between us. The winner will   select a restaurant of choice for the victory. Be it high-end or Burger King.

We were visited by my girlfriend (Flo) yesterday afternoon. It is always a pleasure to see her. She and John got a gift for me that is wonderful. I love it. It is good to have a lot of girlfriends, eh? Thank you, Flo and John. Wow!

I am almost finished with my latest rock and my playmate is working on a new one and we are working on a puzzle.

We dined on takeaway from "Leo's" last night, and yes, a few margaritas vanished as well, smile!

We will be glued to the TV today watching NFL Football. Go Chiefs. Our dinner today will be "Popeyes Chicken Spicy" and of course the sides will be "Red Beans and Rice".

I just completed doing some yard work along with my shorty. She has left to do some grocery shopping before we watch some Wildcat Basketball. Go Cats!

Today will be loaded with basketball games today to include our "Wildcats".  Go Cats!

We had a wonderful evening at "Kingfisher" with my two girlfriends Shoo Shoo and Edwina. The food was excellent and the Donota Merlot was spot on. Thank you for a wonderful evening girlfriends.

After dinner we were joined by Shoo Shoo at the 'Invisible Theatre" to see the live play "What the Constitution Means to Me". This production was excellent and the best that the IT has done this season. The theater was packed, not an empty seat in the house. We recommend this one as a must see.

I will be starting a new rock today. I will be dropping rocks in the hood today as well. My shorty is almost finished with her latest creation.

We enjoyed a very nice evening at the home of Bucky and Dena. We dined on a fine meal, and we played "Wizard". Mia Moglie won the first round and Bucky, and I tied the second. A great time. Thank you, Bucky and Dena.

My shorty and I will be hitting up Park Place again today. We will be seeing the movie "Flight Risk". It is going to be a good one for sure.

We will be dining this evening at "Kingfisher". We will be joined by my girlfriends Shoo Shoo and Edwina. After dinner Shoo Shoo will join us at the "Invisible Theater" to see the live play "What the Constitution Means to Me". It is going to be interesting.

We had a very nice visit yesterday from Bucky's sister Carol. It has been a minute since we have seen her, and she is looking good. We got caught up on the latest happenings in her life.

I will be sealing my latest rock today and my playmate is working on a new one.

We will be hitting up Park Place this afternoon to see the movie "Den of Thieves 2", it is going to be a good one loaded with action.

We had a very nice time watching our "Lady Cats" play the "Bear Cats" in basketball. The Lady Cats won. Woohoo! Susan and Cathy were there and so was Ron and Nancy, and Becky and Sylvia.

This evening, we will be visiting Bucky and Dena at their home for some "Wizard".

I just got back from making a Dairy Queen run. I picked up 3 quarts of vanilla and 1 quart of soft serve.

I am working on my latest rock creation, and it is a lot of fun. I am also listening to some "Down Home Blues".

My shorty is in her office on her Mac. I am sure that she will heading out in a bit to get here yogurt fix. Smile!

Well, I have to tell you that Chefs Day was a very tasty success. I prepared a nice "Jerk Chicken" that was so moist it would make you slap Yō mama, smile! I cut it up and my playmate grabbed a piece, and she loved it. We will enjoy it as a snack. Our daughter Tangye was getting on my case about the "Jerk" so now the cooking war is on between us.
